INTRODUCTIONThe organised system for an organisation to collect and store the data or informationwhich can be useful for the future (Goldman and Dalibard, 2014). It is a network under whichpeople as well as organisation used to collect the data,bring the changes under the data ,toprepare,to make it correct and distribute it under information system.The company taken here isNational Computing Centre which was an independent company for the members who were notinterested in making profits. In 2010 the organisation liquidated Redholt limited and changed itsname to National Computing Centre(NCC). In the present report the process of transformation,IT system store protection, customer relationship management will be discussed.P1-Analyse the use of IT systems within different functions of an organisation.The important activity under this transformation manual process activity is censusprocessing . It contains the processing in form of technological and manual.(Smithson and et.al.,2015). It involves the work regarding it such as to made assessment under the count completionform, checking and to make verify the geographical factors,verification of legible factors andencoding the languages,nation,occupation and professional codes. The manual process has thefollowing areas for improvement :Major space taken: the main disadvantage in respect to filling the amount of the spacetake more area in which business fail to deal with enough ideas which can be started bygrowing the store files. It will affect the productivity of the store which will cause a bigheadache to the owner.Prone to damage or being misplaced : the documents prepared manually have higherchances to be lost or misplaced. The natural disasters could mean the loss of informationabout the clients important documents and files (Levis and Berthier, 2015). It is difficultto get the lost information back which can lead to loss of clients who does not want toappreciate the mishandling of their personal or important information.Hard to make changes : the manual mistakes are harder to find and more hard to change.Every change needs to be recorded and maintained a copy so that if in case the originaldocument is lost the changes can be remade by duplicate documents. It helps theorganisation to retain it customers and to gain the faith so that the customers does nothesitate to share their personal information with the organisation. 1

Access Time : filing of Manual document is time consuming. The organisation not onlyneeds to organize and store and files but also to manage the taken more time.Lack of Security : the filing on paper document is not secure with electronic system. Theorganisation with less security or has lack of confidence on its workers will always facethe issue in making its customer rely on the organisation and its working securities. Higher Cost : thepaper documentation uses organisation considered high cost in thebusiness. Organisation office supply bill will be higher if organisation are using a manualdocument filing process. While organisation might cause a lot of money that can be usedin better ways.In respect to gain maximum efficiency, there are different information system exists thatpromote effective results in systematic manner. Information system also assists to gainimportance through processing data from the company inputs and generate effective results atworkplace. In respect to increasing effectiveness, there are different elements will beimplemented that assists to gain maximum share in systematic way. For example,communication is the important perspective that helps to gather and distribute informatics in thebusiness to make effective process at workplace. This type of communication also lets to makecertain changes in the system. P2 Techniques for the data managementIn respect to develop the data management, different activities and programs design thatincludes policies, practices, procedures, etc.It helps to manage several elements in the businesswith effective life cycle in systematic aspect. It includes analytical development on the data thatare prepared to accommodate instructions in systematic aspect (Lee, Bagheri and Kao, 2015).There are several ways that can be used for managing data so that results taken as the analyticalaspect. With this regard, following are certain strategies can be adopted by National ComputingCentre (NCC):Simplify access to the traditional and emerging data: In this aspect, data determines ingeneral perspective. Therefore, better practices could be developed in systematic aspect. It isbetter to signifies the data for analysts business in systematic aspect. It is easier way fordemonstrating the best data for predicting within the future. 2
