Project OverviewThis project proposal briefly showcases the project that has been undertaken. The purpose isto open a business unit in India. The company is a digital marketing and mobile applicationdevelopment company. Initially, the company will focus on developing mobile applicationfor NGOs. The application will be used by NGOs to connect with the mass and share whatthey do. The mobile application will also have virtual simulation game of NGOs and playerswill be able to play online. The game will provide virtual situation on NGO activities and theusers can operate an NGO in the game as similar to real one. The revenue will be earnedthrough advertisement. The subsections ahead detail on various aspects of the project.Statement of the problemA digital marketing and mobile application company will be opened in India. The initial goalof the company is to develop mobile applications for the NGOs that are working in India andhelp them grow their popularity on online medium. NGOs are less valued in comparison tothe effort they make for the society. Lots of people are unaware of how NGOs work andwhether they are good for society. The company will develop real life simulation game ofNGO activities for the masses to increase its popularity. The process of opening the businessand first mobile application will take one year.
