INTRODUCTIONToday, proper infrastructure and technology is important for establishment to ensureproper product efficiency and growth. The below report showcases the importance ofinfrastructure and prepares a plan for a proposed 4 Star Hotels situated in Oxford Street cornerwith Regent Street, London. The proposed property's measurement is 70 metres X 60 metres.The hotel is maximum of 12 floors and 3 floors underground from the street level. The reportproposes the number to bedrooms and facilities one can expect for a prime site (Nwosu, 2016).Along with it, the operation's concept of the prospective hotel is such an important site isexplored in the report as well. TASKArea StructureIt is important for the hotel to first make a plan of what services and the kind ofinfrastructure it wants to earn its required profitability.As mentioned the area of the property measurement is 70 X 60 metres. It is estimated as4200 sq. m. The plot on which the hotel is going to be made is 4200 Square metres. The entireorganisation will be placed on the property. It will include a Banqueting Hall, Garden Area, Arestaurant, Parking, Bar. The 12 floors in the hotel are provided with a set number of rooms oneach floor (Smith and Leonard, 2018).
