today's dynamic world has been explained in present report. As organisational vision, leadership
culture and teamwork can shape innovation and commercialisation which is also explained under
this report. The 4Ps of innovation and innovation funnel plays vital role in to examine and shape
innovative ideas is also being discussed in the report. Beside this, development in frugal
innovation in reference to organisation has also been explained.

Innovation funnel can be used by companies to develop a product or process and it

Frugal innovation is helpful for the companies when they want to develop a product or
process. It helps the Tesco to minimise its cost of production so they profit margin can be

be import from other countries for the manufacturing of a product. So frugal innovation can help
the company to produce the product at lower rate with minimising the use of resources in product
