INTRODUCTIONThe present report is containing the innovation and commercialisation of their productsand the process which helps to them renaming in the market. This is the process which helps to make the advance developedproduct. Commercialisation is related to the marketing of the product according to the marketand the competitors. An advanced product which have the best qualities in the segment, alsoneed to commercialisation in the market. This is the basic need of the sale for a company.The current report is based on the O2 mobiles. O2 mobiles wants to launch the pocketsize mp3 gadgets and they are the one of the largest seller of mobile. They want to produce thedevice which is a pocket size and having a lot of storage space. O2 mobiles is deals in the mobilegadgets and they want to increase their sector. They have to keep update their business ideas andthey have to be more innovative for the future(Wonglimpiyarat., 2010. ). This company is the bigbusiness groups and they have to be innovative for their products. They have to use the differenttypes of techniques to innovate and motivate their employees to become more commercialise inthe market.TASK 1Innovation defines as that new ideas which helps in to development of the products andthe process which make a product. In the context of the O2 mobiles, innovation is a processwhich is helping the company to develop their products and the services for their customers.Innovation is a big process and its related to the culture of the organisation. O2 mobiles ismaintaining the innovation culture in their organisation, its helps in to the new and creative ideasfor the products which company having in the exist.Innovation is a term which have the factors like; deliberate application of information,imagination and initiative in deriving greater or different values from resources and includes allprocesses by which new ideas are generated and converted into useful products. Employees of the O2 mobilesare getting the new ideas and for the phones and other gadgets, they have a separate team whichhelps their employees to make new and updated products of the company.

Invention is related to the creation of a product or introduction of a processfor the first time. Innovation is related to improves on ormakes a significant contribution to something that has already been invented. O2 mobiles makinginnovation on the I pod and they are making the same product and presenting to the customers asa updated version of the Apple I pod. In the context of the O2 mobiles, company has a clear vision about their products thattheir products always have some new things and they are having the best talent to manage it.Their products like; phone, tablets, laptops and I-pod have to be always updated in thetechnology. The technology helps them to be the best technological system provider in themarket(Boni., Weingart. and Evenson., 2009.). The director of the company have a clear visionabout their company that they have to produce the best products in the market which are valuablefor their customers and they fulfil the needs of the customer. The product have some uniquenessin it which can be the USP of the product. Founder of the company have the leadership qualitywhich helps to their employees to motivate and develop their product. They are making theemployees more innovative and they are helping them on the basis of themselves. Leadershaving the quality to commercialisation of the product in the whole world. O2 mobiles is havingthe culture which helps their employees to work for the new and productive ideas and they areworking continuously on it. They have the work oriented and innovative culture which helps forthe creative work for the company and their workers are also working the same. All of theemployees works as a team and they produce the best product for their customers and this thereason, they known for their products. Effective team work is an essential key element for acompany to achieve the organisational target(Engel. and del-Palacio., 2009. ). This helps to theiremployees to be self motivated, the employees are having the work oriented culture. The vision,leadership, culture and teamwork are the basic helping factors for the Apple in thecommercialisation of the company. Commercialization is the process by which a new product orservice is introduced into the general market. Apple produced the I-pod first time in the marketand they are the leaders in the market for the product. The process of commercialization isbroken into phases, from the initial introduction of the product through its mass production andadoption.
