a competitive era organisations has to come up with new product innovation to survive in the
market. This study helps in understanding the difference between innovation and invention and
its importance in organisation. The study also highlights the 4P's of innovation, and techniques
for improving innovation ideas such as frugal innovation and innovation funnel and its
importance. The new product development has also been explained in the study for innovation
and commercialisation purpose.
