INTRODUCTION
The innovation and enterprise is the refer as the create initiative in the business to
develop the business and boost the economic growth. The personal performance as innovate are
also referred as the doing something different from others in the enterprise. This report will
discuss the personal performance as an innovator in enterprise as well as develop the skills and
knowledge for personal innovation.

Personal innovator is generated the new ideas and initiative for the business as well as
bring success for enterprise. The personal performance of innovator is become better with their
ideas and creativity which like by the enterprise members. Innovator is generate ideas and
creativity but the person is also solved the business problems as well as ability to solve every
problem. The innovator is the person who are able and capable to turn their knowledge and
skills into a successful environment (Kowalski and Rybacki, 2021). The enterprise also helps in
identify the opportunities to improve the performance of company. The innovator can also
influence and motivate the other employees of the enterprise and it is beneficial for the business.
The personal performance of the innovator are reflected in various ways:
 Staying positive: The personal performance of the innovator is that the innovator always
stay positive attitude as well as remain in the high spirits which are indicated the good
personality of person. Stating positive with the positive mind helps in create a new and
good ideas for the business which are helpful in accurate manner.
 Team player: The innovator always encourage the team and motivate them for their
performance in the group as well as appreciate them for their performance which are
beneficial for the business organization. The innovator is always collaborated the team
player as well as become the best team player for the group (Zhao, 2022). The innovative
ideas of innovator is brought together team as well as work together team.
 Value the culture: As an innovator, the personal performance of innovator is creating
image in the business so, the innovator is always followed the cultural value of the

business and respect that to enhance their reach as well as the cultural innovation is not
beneficial for the enterprise but also beneficial for the society as well as industry.
 Risk taking: The innovator is taking the risk which helps in making great advantages to
the society and new discoveries as well as they encourage to other for doing the same as
they are done. The innovator also take risk for culture which helps in encourage the new
creativity and ides as well as learn something from the failure and opportunities for
growth of company.
 Teaching others: The innovator is taught other and give them ideas as well as guide
about their performance. The innovator built the whole team and make forward thinker
(Shao, 2020). The faster innovation helps in the enterprise cooperation as well as
beneficial for the entire industries.
 Valuing the innovation: Innovation is important for the every business to develop and
grow in the competitive market and innovator is also known that innovation is how
important. So, the innovator valuing the innovation for sharing their ideas and creativity
to others and it also helps to others to do same.
 Problem solving: The innovation of the enterprise is solved the problems in the crisis of
company. The innovator find out the creative solution which helps in solve the business

The innovative entrepreneur require the skill and knowledge which are essential for the
develop in future as innovator which helps in maintain the sustainability for the business as well
as helps in achieve the success within the organization. There are various skills which should be
included for the future development of innovator.
 Discovery skills: the innovator should have skills of discovery to find the fact and obtain
the information which are important for enterprise. In the discovery skills they should
include the researching, questioning, observing, experimenting. In the researching , the
innovator have skills and knowledge about the business as well as they should have
obtained the knowledge for assess the effectiveness. The innovator should become the
questioning in which they are able to gather the relevant information for the business
(Nakano and Wechsler, 2018). The innovator must have observation and experimental
skills which are important in the innovation.

 Communication skill: Communication skills are also important for the business to
interact effectively with the clients, suppliers and guide them for the creativity and ideas
in the clear way that helps in contribute the growth of the enterprise.
 Ideation skills: innovation is required the ideas because without ideas innovation is not
possible. The innovate must be able to creating, developing as well as collecting the new
ideas which helps in solve the problems. It also helps in provide better opportunities for
the innovator as well as enterprise. The innovator should have skills and knowledge of
Creative thinking, design thinking, facilitating, associating the present and past situations
as well as to understand the connection and empathy which are important and innovator
must come up with the innovative idea and solution which help in solve their problems.
These skills help the innovator to develop and grow in the future as innovator.
 Selecting: The innovator should have the skills of determine the idea which are best and
it should be determined in the effective way because it helps in organization to save times
and resources (Rampersad and Zivotic-Kukuloj, 2019). The innovation should understand
the what must be implemented in the innovation and what must be executed, for selecting
skills innovator should acquire some skills which are important for the selecting process
and that include the critical thinking and decision-making. With the help of decision-
making skill, the innovator can make decision frequently for the company benefits and it
also helps in the emergency measure and situation.
 Implementing: The innovator should have knowledge and skill of that how to implement
the ideas and creativity in the business and enterprise. The innovator should oversee the
ideas form the staring to final and then have ability to implement idea in the specific
situation. The implementing process of innovation is included the business thinking
skills. The innovator should have the business thinking skills for implementing the ideas.
Business thinking skills which helps in improve the effectiveness and productivity of the
business as well as personal performance of innovator in future including the culture,
leadership, team work and organizational understanding.
