Telecare as well as teleheath are some recent innovations which have been launched for
the purpose of managing shortfall within funding whilst meeting demands for services. Aim
behind the innovations is to provide services for an ageing populations of 21st century. Telecare
programme is a curriculum which provides support to people from distance. It involves practices
relevant to monitoring patients as well as minimising risks while permitting people for continue
residing at their own place (Clarkson, 2019). By implementing telecare programme, members of
RMBC provides therapeutic, safe addition to secure inpatient treatment to people which are
experiencing chronic mental health emergency. Some of context related to implementation of
telecare programme are as follows:
Cost of care: The concept is achieving huge popularity among medical establishment
including NHS and so on due to its effective cost of care. It is because telecare programme is a
well set approach to deliver community based services for patients with critical needs at
economic terms. As it is based on technologies, cost for delivering services is within budget and
