1.Part 1ProblemMost of the physically challenged people face the problem of moving. In this regard itdeserves mention that the invention of wheel chair to a quite extent eased the problem but it couldnot provide a permanent solution to the challenges. Instances can be made by stating that the wheelchairs made the moving hassle free for the physically disabled people but still it needs humanassistance as it cannot work automatically, all by itself (Alshaer, Regenbrecht & O’Hare, 2017). 1.2BackgroundThe invention of the wheel chair brought remarkable changes in the sphere of the technologyas in the health service sphere. It made an ease for the physically challenged people who are unableto move. Thus it can be said that the invention of wheel chair was a biggest success in the healthsector (Carrington, Hurst & Kane, 2014). The health sector was tremendously blessed with the wheelchair innovation as it eliminated the difficulties of physically challenged while moving. But in the realscenario, it has been observed that it failed to eliminate the issues or challenges completely.1.3Definition of the problemThe present challenge that mostly all the physically challenged or disabled people face is thatthey need human assistance even when they use wheelchairs. The traditional wheel chairs only haveprovided the option of moving with the help wheels. Even if the physically challenges person want touse his wheelchair, he requires to give immense effort. Being physically disabled these people do notposses that much physical strength to move their wheel chairs all by theme selves and often ends upin seeking help from others. There the need of the automated electric wheelchairs originated in orderto resolve the issues and challenges (DA, 2013). 1.4Evidence of the problemIt has been observed that most of the physically challenged or disabled people look for thewheel chairs which are enabled with the automated technology. Along with that, it has been seenthat people when go to buy wheel chair are not seen with considerable satisfaction with the manualwheel chairs (Dunaway et al., 2013). The traditional wheel chairs only have provided the option ofmoving with the help wheels. It also has been found that most of the people who use wheelchairssuffer from severe back problem or health issue like shoulder ulcer.1.5Timing considerationsIn order to make an ease for the physically challenged people, the change is needed as toelectrical innovations of wheelchairs have the possibilities of reducing the difficulties of the physicallychallenged people (Khan, 2013). Needless to mention that the power wheelchairs will not only helpthe physically challenged people but will also benefit the entire health sector to a large extent. To name, Magic mobility, Sunrise medical and LEVO aresome of the most renowned wheelchairs making companies that hold a large customer base. 2.Part 2BenefitsAt a time when technological advancement was uplifting every sector, health sector wasblessed with the invention of electric wheel chairs that brought an ease to the difficulties of thepersons who were unable to move without human assistance. With modern technology and specialfeatures, electric wheel chairs with mechanism of hydraulic pump and automatic breaking system aswell as provision of FSR sensors to adjust the sitting arrangement will not only bring revolutionarybenefits for the individual users but also for the entire health sector. In order to give a close study ofthe emerging use power wheelchairs, the study focused on the wheelchairs made by a particularbrand named Mayra (Ng, 2013). Thus it can be said that the invention of wheel chair will be a biggestsuccess in the health sector.
