PART ASection #1Innovation and sustainability are the two main factors which, an organisation looksforward to have in order to sustain within the market for a longer period of time (Fellnhofer,2017). I have found that, there is a report named as Brundtland, which was developed by WorldCommission of Environment and Development. It stated that business organisations that arelooking forward to expand its business has kept its focus upon a range of elements whichincludes technology, business strategies, sustainability and many other approaches. I alsorealised that, report has also given the information that in past, since technology was not thateffective enough, it impacted upon business as well. In this concern, now I can say thattechnological sector has developed itself or evolved which has helped companies in targetingmuch more customers. This has directly impacted positively upon various factors likebargaining, availability of the resources, values and way of thinking as well. It can be said by meis that, in order to improvise the sustainability, it is much more vital for companies to expandbusiness and this could be done through conducting a range of techniques like research anddevelopment, analysing the business environment, competitors analysis and through using arange of methods like porter's five forces model. I assume that using these tools and techniques, acompany can sustain within the complex business market for a longer period of time. Away withthis, it is being found by me that customer's behaviour gets changes on a regular basis, and this iswhy it becomes much more vital for companies to focus upon those changes in order to gaincompetitive advantages. Failure into this, may lead organisations to face a range of issuesregarding the subject. Changes could be done through two different techniques and these areinnovation and invention as well. I consider innovation as best suitable approach, whichorganisations can grab or adopt in order to improve sustainability to attain a good position inspecified time frame.On the other hand, I found that circular economy basically carries a business modelwhich majorly consist with product. The product that an organisation chooses has a much morelonger life cycle. I examined that once the product had reached its end of life to be reintegratedin the making process of a new product. 1

On the other hand, considering a range of researches, I can say that population of theworld is rapidly increasing and this has given ample number of opportunities for the companybut it is is also impacting negative upon availability of resources. I can say that, both of thethings like circular economy along with the strategies of a business company would require tomake alterations as per the needs of business environment. This will directly aid in reaching tonew heights in specified time frame and I can also assure that, resources PART BSection #2A famous international fast fashion brand performing business in ZARA and offeringcustomers with trendy clothing products and different range of customer services, Company wasfound in the year of 1975 by Amancio Ortega and Rosalía Merafashion. Parental company ofZARA i.e. Inditex group which is being considered as one of the largest apparel retailer in allover the world. Along with this, ZARA basically focuses on offering customers with 20 newclothing collections per year. At the moment, ZARA is having more than 10,000 physical storesin all over the world which is helping them in expanding business at international level.In the year of 2018, ZARA'S net sales reached to the amount of 22.17 Billion PoundsSterling. Along with this, if it is talked about net profit, then than company has madeapproximately to 3.4. On the other hand, Cash flow that organisation has is approximately to 4.4which could be considered as one of the strongest point within in the clothing sector. Along withthis, 7,475 stores in all over the world including 171,839 staff members working in all over theworld (ANNUAL REPORT 2017, 2018). Including this, it can be said that since businessorganisation is looking forward to expand the business with a mission and vision to become aleading brand within the fast retail fashion industry. Along with this, considering the sustainability report of ZARA is showing and what otherbusiness organisation within the same industry has developed that, Everyone single individuallooks for a good deal, but this is the section where cost factor comes in front. It can be said that,companies like ZARA, H&M and many other rivals within the clothing industry has adopteddifferent range of strategies in order to enhance their own profit margins (Bag and Anand, 2016).Considering 100% Leading the Change strategy, ZARA basically looking forward to building uprecycled approach amongst public.
