Executive summary
In this reflective report, it will describe my learning during the design-thinking
workshop and it will provide details about different things, which I learned from that
workshop. It will describe details about my personal development and knowledge
development from different activities, such as prototype design, interview,
presentation, and many others.
This report will provide an action plan for the next six months in which I will
describe three activities, which will be created to improve my strengths and
overcome my weaknesses.

Introduction
This report is based on my learning during a design-thinking workshop. I
learned many things from that workshop, which are beneficial for my personal
development and knowledge development. The design thinking process is helpful in
the creation of innovative ideas for problem-solving (Brown & Wyatt, 2010). I had
enjoyed many activities and learned a lot from those activities. Therefore, it is
necessary to develop new skills to grow in the market. Design thinking has provided
many benefits, which are used in my professional development and knowledge
management (Dunne & Martin, 2006). In addition, those activities have updated my
concepts. It increases my thinking level towards the problem-solving approach
(Zeichner & Liu, 2010).
Personal reflection (knowledge development)
Blog writing is also helpful in my learning from that workshop, which is used
in the creation of my reflective report. According to (Yang, 2009), blog writing is
also a good way for reflective practice. I wrote a blog based on learning during the
design-thinking workshop.
To develop my skills, I have to learn proper interviewing skills, which provides
help in design thinking ( Fanguy, 2018). I also completed my assignment two in that
week in which we used assumptions for problem-solving from different person’s
point of view. Moreover, I learned that I should think like a user and find different
factors of that particular problem, which can be solve using creative mind and
thinking. In addition, customer’s needs are the biggest reason for innovations and
they are beneficial from a profit point of view for the company.
In addition, reflective writing provides knowledge about strengths and
weaknesses. Therefore, anyone can improve their skills and overcome weaknesses.
There are many things, which I do not know about myself, such as learning, creative
thinking. Apart from it, that workshop provides knowledge about me through that
self-reflective activity (Fook, 2010).
