Innovation is the process, used by the business organization to introduce products with new features, ideas and benefits. This is
the intellectual skill process that is used by entrepreneurs to offer the renewed and high-tech products with better characteristics
(Wang and Yang, 2021). This is the key tool that helps the business entities to satisfy the customers with good products and services
(with something new in that). There are various types of innovation tools and method's, which should be used by the business entities
to create unique value. All plants are the UK organization, located in London, offer the plant-based, food meal and promote the healthy
life. This information source is going to introduce the concept of innovation compared to the invention along with the explanation of
types of innovation tools and their importance. The role of the innovation tool is going to evolute in context to the selected
organization.

Innovation
Innovation is the process of developing something new in the existing product
lines and services, such as new characteristic, new feature and unique quality as
compared to the existing and other products. This is the main process for business
to create value in the market. It involves the implementation of the new idea to
bring something new with higher benefits. Innovation is the application of new
idea or methods to bring something effective or unique in the existing products
and services but the invention is the process of developing entirely unique and
intellectual product which have been never introduced before. All plants are
coming out with the innovative ideal of the vegan ready to eat food, which is
completely made from the plant based ingredient. Customers can keep their food
meal in the fizzer and eat when they want.
Importance of innovation in context to the selected organisation
Sustainability- All plants getting the benefit from their initiative or
innovative idea, in terms of managing higher sustainability achievement. Within
the All Plant This is due to the complete organic based processing and taking care
of the people’s health and well-being with good and healthy food services. With
the help of this idea organisation meet the sustainability standards through
consumer needs fulfilment, promoting health and eco- friendly approaches.
Customer satisfaction for health food- By the aid of their innovative vegan meal
idea All-plants is gaining the higher customer satisfaction regarding health and
tasty food. Which is important and help the organisation in effective
commercialisation and profit of company.
Invention
This is the type of skill or creative process of developing something different
and unique, this is the process of creating something different which have been never
developed earlier. Mostly invention come with the solution of various life problem,
which make the life easier. One of the most beneficial historical invention example of
the food industry is pasteurization, which was very new on that time, help in the
preservation and prevention of milk spoilage.

In context to the All-plants invention is important for the development of new
changes in the organization, through which company can discover the new
opportunity. For All plant this is important because this helps in the development of
