7 Phase design thinking process
Emphatise: Develop a deep understanding of the
challenge
Define: Articulate the problem that is needed to be
solvd (Filatro, Cavalcanti & Muckenberger, 2017).
Ideate: Brainstorm the potential solutions that exist at
the same time select and develop the solutions
Prototype: Design a test subject to identify the
response it gains from the target audience
Test: Engage in innovation processso that the design
can be improved on a continuous basis (Nobeoka &
Kimura, 2016)
Spark: Denotes goals and ideas
Team: Mindset and emotional intelligence
Understanding: Estimates goal and vision
Strategise: Brainstorming
Improve: Feedback and training
Prepare: Clarify and create
Execute: Lead by example
