developing countries can suppress the development and growth of the under-developed and
undeveloped countries across the world (Amin, 2014). It also affects the culture of the different
regions around the world. The balance of payment and other deficit are faced by the companies
due to globalization. It decreases the employment growth rates in the market. Inequality and
unequal distribution of income are the major problems in the company which is faced by the
organization due to globalization. It also affects the career, living standards of the communities
and families in the world. It affects the environment and economy of the country negatively.
