There is advantage of industry by using various markettrends and strategies. This study is revolve around the 4com company which is a telecommunication industry;it provides networking facilities to people so as they can communicate in better manner. Successful innovationshould be an in-built part of business strategy, where managers create a culture of innovationand lead the way in innovative thinking and creative problem solving.They make new ideas, strategies by enhancing technological devices and implement them onproducts and services of company.
