as a leader for the Engineer project and get the responsibilities in terms of managing and working

Moreover, effectively handling the project and assignment from my tutor I also face
various issues that tends to create problems which are useful for my team members in terms of
solving them. The first issue I faced at the time of working is the illuminated innovation within

customers. It has been identified that the engineering sector is not ready to get the changes within
the industry and it happens because of the shortage of involvement of customers as they are not
effectively ready to make investment and participate for the option of new methods to work and

business environment. It is also difficult in terms of facing that subcontractors had looked much
reliability and confidence on their working and because of this other companies get their
opportunities to run their business organisation. At the time I also identified that effective
numeracy and little thinking expert designing skills suitable collaboration and coordination and
other skills that become my strength in terms of solving the issues and managing the projects for

subcontractors and also enhance my learning skills by considering the critical thinking.
