INTRODUCTION
An entrepreneur is the one who has a creative mind set and positive dedication to create
something big and make it successful anyhow. Entrepreneurship define as a business run by
different entrepreneur with their different skills and capabilities. A business cannot perform
smoothly and effectively if not guided and operated properl y(Alnesr, B. and Ramzani, S., 2019).
Therefore, an entrepreneur is the essence of a business for society and economy by creating
positive and unbelievable experience the people. SpaceX is the world innovation company don't
buy a great entrepreneur Elon Musk. He is a believer of modern technologies and Desire to
eliminate difference between planet and universe. This report is going to present the skills,
characteristics, and behavior of Allen mask bye representing the challenges and opportunities he
faced during new creation.

Leadership skills and characteristics
Elon Musk is a great entrepreneur. He is the owner of the brand like Tesla, SpaceX and PayPal.
He has shown the world a new way of innovation and Technology by being the most creative
entrepreneur in the world. He desires for drastic change inter modern technologies which makes
him optimistic and dedicated. he has great on entrepreneurial characteristics which is required
see the world from different point of view. an entrepreneur define consists of skills and power to
face any challenges and be prepared for opportunities into market. They do not wait for
opportunities but make their own way to Grab them. High motivation and dedication is required
to be an entrepreneur ( Belawati, Setyadi, and Hendri, 2019). Therefore, Alan mask is the best
example of businessman like no other. There are 3 at most leadership qualities of Elon Musk
which are defined below:
Entrepreneur spirit: In entrepreneur, has phase has various skills and capabilities which makes
him great this this kills include communication, motivation, patience behavior with soft skills.
But there needs more spirit Eastern into competitive market and creates and create a new brand
value. Therefore, Elon Musk has all these skills along with them the entrepreneurial spirit
consists by being the optimistic and visionary towards his goals. The reason behind and in Elon

musk known for entrepreneurial spirit is that he adores failure and come up with great
motivation. He faced disappointments negligence in his career but he was stick today's goals and
never look back for exit. Face many difficulties shortage of money, no support from family and
friends still he continuous to work hard and make others work hard to achieve their goals.
Positive energy: positivity is must in every aspect of life. Positive thinking leads to creation of
creative and skillful mind set. Being a positive leader if required in every business to grow and
expand effectively. To which all the employee’s customer’s investors shareholders will remain
also positive and enthusiastic for their work( Belawati, Setyadi. and Hendri, 2019). A positive
leader work and inspiration for others so that they could provide proper guidance and directions
on how to work together. Remains positive is the mean criteria of Allen mask by which he
succeeds in his innovations and other efforts result in positive outcome. Elon Musk owner of
Tesla PayPal like big farms. He remains positive in every situation whether it is challenging or
not. He has the ability to cope up with uncertainty and make others feel encouraged and strong.
Passion for innovation: An entrepreneur looking forward for innovation in creative aspect that
could be put in business. Needs to be highly passionate and dedicated towards what they decide.
It includes new way of Technologies changes business changes, competitive environment and
requirement of continuous improvement. A leader is the one who could create culture of
innovation for which they make others prepare for stick to the goals and fulfill innovation
dreams. Elon Musk is one of the leader that solve every problem with an innovative aspect.
Therefore, the people surround with him feel energetic and take interest in learning new way of
working.
Entrepreneurial challenges
An entrepreneur is surround with many challenges problems difficulties and other competitive
aspects. But there is a way that they found through hard work and making themselves strong and
enthusiastic. For that instances, there is study of many challenges could be faced by an
entrepreneur(Denning, 2018).
SpaceX is an Aerospace company who makes innovation through making rockets and
space crafts in order to in order to eliminate difference between Earth and Mars. At initial level

the company has made liquid-propellant Rocket to reach Orbit which become successful in ISM
in this operation( Chen, Yin, and Mei, 2018). It has taken vertical takeoff and landing from orbit.
The company has a great tenure of making rockets and spacecraft with heavy digital
Technologies to reduce cost of colonization of Mars. Elon musk has achieved many success as
well as failure in company. There were many situations which has Face Down by Alan mask in
spaceX. Started from started from 2006 To 2008, all the space rockets resulted in in failure the
one with Orbit was the only successful launch in 2008. in present time Alan mask is preparing
for a rocket auto transport facility that can change the Lookout of planet mars. He desires to
develop a sustainable City into the planet my making fully reusable transport which could carry
hundred people at a time. It is known as Starship; history is going to repeat the one innovative
aspect by Ellen Musk. The Starship which is called a powerful rocket built by stainless steel and
all the fictions. currently Ellen mask make the changes in space x to catch the following booster
through an arm to the Tower. Therefore, the Starship has fallen down with its belly flops that
burn because of an unsafe landing and vertical position ( Sterrett,. and Richardson, 2017). It has
become the difficulty and challenge for Ellen mask to make it safer so that it could reach on earth
or any of planet without causes any harm. Along with this, Elon musk facing many
entrepreneurial challenges in launching its Starship successfully. Here is the description of three
most common challenges that face by Elon musk define below:
Commercial market stagnation: the world leading market has many ups and downs and
changes into technology and innovation which needs to be maintain all the commercial sector.
Alan mask facing the challenge in taking commercial market in to collaboration for 6 ship
engagement as it attends many failures into market through which the image has lower down that
impact on financial funding on spaceship( Tri, and Zhou2019). In last 3 years eight launches per
year has driven.
Choosing the right product: as the Starship launch has been become a failure from so many
years due to less effective resources and powerful substances of gases another material
(Cobanoglu, 2021). It is an important and necessary task for an entrepreneur to choose the right
product at right time which needs to be effective to the cost of business, whereas, Elon musk has
not maintained at all that result in bankruptcy or losses into business. Therefore, it is needed to
opt every product material with high concentration and judgements. It is required to be effective

in significant about choosing right product which will not result in failures and disappointment.
And in my school facing high Starship prototype that leads to be the biggest challenge.
Time management: time management is one of the biggest factor that an entrepreneur needs to
undertake within its scope of business. When time once gone it will not come back with the same
opportunity and innovation. Therefore, every task and operations needs to be timely settled with
appropriate routine. In Starship launch, it has been running from several years and still in
process. Every investor employees and people are in curiosity and wondering when it will be
launch even if it is or not. So that people would not loose believe with spaceX , every function
related with launch must be early as much as possible( Li, Makhdoom, H.U.R. and Asim, 2020).
Government interventions for also the challenge with not completing time the project as per the
commitment they will disrupt the whole operation.
It has analyzed that entrepreneur challenges create impact on business success and productivity
so for that an entrepreneur must be more accurate and strong in his decision. Elon Musk is a
well-known personality who has the ability and power to change the world. There is a need of
overcoming with challenges bye good research in development process attracting investors and
make people believe in Starship launch(Liu, 2021). There is no way go back and lose up
motivation but to reach further for achieving goals. The challenges and issue part of business
which make more superior and competitive into market. So that every challenge must be turned
out to be in success.
