INTRODUCTION
The technology innovation are new and improved process and products that are being
technological characteristics significantly different from other. Innovation in technology brigs
various benefits as it helps in increasing the productivity and offer customers a new and better
services and products that will help in improving their standard of living. Innovation and
technology provides various opportunity for entrepreneurs to identify new organisation or to
establish a competitive position in the market (Aznar-Sánchez and et. al., 2019). The report is
based on the changes and development that has happened due to COVID-19 phase. The project
will cover online platform base for providing an education service to schools and other
community group while hosting a fish and water-based mammals experience remotely. In order
to do that there will be report that based on that. It will cover examine the challenges and
opportunity for purposing online eduction with the help of pestle analysis. Further there will be
evaluation of new future technology that might be useful for this project. Lastly there will be
identification of steps that are required for the solution of market-orientation.

There are various changes in external environment that affect business and also have
provided several opportunity to grow in the market with different tools. One of such method that
has provided opportunity to business is technology (Chen, 2018). As Aqua Dream wants to
establish a online platform for the visitor attraction centre that will provide a online eduction
platform in school and other communities. There might be several challenges and opportunity
that occur between the process. In order to understand those Aqua Dream to understand the
external environment with the help of Pestle analysis.
PESTLE Analysis
Political factor
There are various political factor present that has positive or negative impact on the aqua
Dream in order to establish the visitor attraction on online platform. As the company will be
present on online platform not all factor will affect the operation. Political factor like trading,

countries have internet access available there, which Aqua Dream need to take into consideration

the political factor provides more opportunity for the organisation in order to establish business
on online platform for visitor attraction of aquatic field for customers to learn and experience the
sea life remotely (Huggins and Thomalla, 2020).

The economic factor generally depends upon the place that the business is operating and
there's economic range will either affect or provide a positive impact on the success of the
company. This usually includes the elements such as, interest rates, inflation rates, gross
domestic rates and disposable income for the country. As the Aqua Dream is planning for

increase in the brand image in the market and this way the company will establish a strong base

As there are constant changes in technology and Aqua Dream is providing a virtual

establish the business on online platform. Technological factor will provide various opportunity
