making transformation of their workplace. This research is conducted on ASDA which is one of

company scope to enhance competitiveness in the industry. With the help of this research
company can determine various innovative strategies through which they can transform their
work place and can significantly offer maximum amount of satisfaction to consumers.
Milestones
Present research milestone is to evaluate the role and need for innovative digital technology for

advantage of IoT and artificial intelligence. This will allow company to enhance
employees performance and assure consumers maximum satisfaction.
ASDA is also recommended to take advantage of various forms of social media digital
marketing channels. This will allow organization to grab attention of more number of
customers irrespective of geographical location. In this company is also recommended to
