Scope: What activities and tasks as defined in the project must be
done in order to make the project a success?
This is a project and this is developed for enhancing the training and development
program in the business and this is developed for gaining better success and profit
and this has the involvement of various activities in business and this can impact in
gaining various advantages and this is impacting in the business activities and
performance. As for this various task and activities is being developed and this is
done by the top management for the better guidance and as Unilever Plc. is making
followed on the following activities as these are described below(Vaske, 2019).
Planning is the basic function and this is important to be considered while
developing a project as this is also managed by the top management and this
can make the better understanding of initiating the project.
In an organisation organising is the important function to be considered as this
can make the business operations and functions developed effectively and
this is done in an effective manner(Galati, and Bigliardi, 2019).
In an business supervision is also an important part as with the completion of
planning and project it is required to supervise some changes and solve the
issues and mistakes of business and this can also lead in enhancing the
business form and make things right.
In a business monitoring is an activity performed by the business and this
monitors the working and functioning of employees and this can also enhance
their performance as per the needs and requirements of project.
In a business controlling is an important factor or an activity which can help
the business and the top management to manage things accordingly and this
is also leading to the change and making it in an effective manner(Romanyshyn,
2020).

phases has been followed for the best results in the business and this can also
enhance the profit of the business effectively(Verma, and Abdel-Salam, 2019). As theses
phases are described below.
Project initiation: As this sis the first stage and in this top management of the
business is and this can also help in the decision making process of business and
this can also lead in better change and development in business and is also fulfilling
the aims and goals of business and this can also done with the team working skills in
business and this is leading to the better change in the business and project(Bag, and
Pretorius, 2020).
Project planning: As this is the next phase and in this business and the top
management is preparing the road and the mind map for the better initialisation in
business and this is also leading to the better change in the business as planning is
an important part as this can identify all the needs and requirements in business and
this can be done with the increasing communication level with the employees and
this can make easy for reaching to a goal.
Project execution: As this is the stage in which all the work is being completed and
this is executed with the top management and this can be done with the effective
training and development program for increasing the benefit of business and this can
be done by analysing the process and the employees in there working for reaching
to any goal and this can lead to effective monitoring of the business operations(Silvy,
2020).
Monitoring and controlling: This is an stage in which all the top management
manages all the process and functions effectively and under control as this can
define the changes and can also analyse the needs and requirements for reaching to
the bossiness goals effectively and this is also leading to the change in the business.
Completion: This s considered as the last stage and this involves the delivering for
the project and this collects the reviews and feedbacks of the same and this is taken
from the employees as his is an training and development session and this can also
change some strategies and techniques for gaining goals and objectives of business.
