Innovation is the crucial business practice that is adopted in order to introduce
a new and innovative ways in order to perform particular business tasks. Main
aim of innovation is to bring unique products or services in market in order to
resolve the issues that are being faced by customers. Innovation helps in
facilitating uniqueness and creativity that is vital in order to survive in current
competitive market (Oeij and et. al., 2019)

Need and Problem
In the present study, it is identified that Amazon is a well known
company. It has huge client base from different countries.
Amazon is working within 13 countries across the globe. In
addition to this, it offers different range of products at one
platform. Due to the pandemic, people have started to buy
products online. In this situation, company has been witnessed a
great rise in demand. It is identified that supply chain of company
is not efficient in order to meet with the increasing demand of
customers.
