within the workplace.
Introduction
HRM refers to one of the most effective practices adopted by business organisations with
the assistance of which organisation can easily manages their staff members within the
workplace. Human resource management practices are very essential in order to attain
organisational goals and objectives in an effective manner (Doz, 2020). Main aim of such
department is to provide comfortable and positive working environment to their staff members
so that they can perform all their task in an effective manner within facing any kind of issues and
problems. Human resource department provide training & development sessions to their staff
members so that they can enhance their skills and knowledge to beat the level of competition.
This as a result help in achieving predetermined goal in an appropriate manner and within
specific time period.
In addition to this, it has also been identified that implementing HRM practices within the
workplace contribute in the growth and success of business organization. This will help in
providing support to the employees in order to work in positive working environment so they can
effectively accomplish their vision in an appropriate manner.
Problem statement
The current research is conducted to create an understanding about the influence of HRM
practices which assist business organization in order to develop positive working environment
where employees can work in an effective manner within facing any sort of issues. Major issue
which can be identified by doing this investigation is to examine the effective Human resource
management practices that will support HR manager in order to create positive working
environment. This will provide contribution in order to identifying different benefits which can
be attained by the organisation after creating positive working culture. In this context, researcher
created most effective aim, questions and objectives which will provide assistance to the research
in identifying their maximum data as well as conducting this investigation in effective way.
