consequences can be seen in the decline in the rapid basis of US shipment which is over the fast
past five years. There are certain weaknesses of Harley Davidson who has intense competition
with other motorcycle companies and it also result into limited growth into the market share of
brand. They have to also face many allegations which regards to the environmental pollution

positive manner. Every organisation grow themselves by learning through different phases of
their performance into the market. It has been determined that there are certain current trends of
market or in the retail industry which is beneficial for the development of the company. It has
been observed that in order to analyze the market into appropriate manner and to take right
decision for the company it is necessary to use certain framework into proper manner. These
framework help the company that how they can improve themselves into fast pace manner.
