I have learned that program roadmap or flow that should be
followed for implementing any project successfully. The system
thinking tools that are used while managing any project are :
 brainstorming tool
 dynamic thinking tool
I have learned that, planning, monitoring, confront risk, delivery
and technical aspects are the system engineering components
work applicable in project management. After learning the
SEBoK I have learned the relationship between the system
engineering and project management. I have also learned that in
order to manage any project application of system engineering
is very essential. The different system thinking techniques used
for managing portfolio and project are as follows:
 structural thinking tool and
 computer based tool
 creative problem solving
These tools and techniques help the project manager to resolve
the issues and risks. Relationships between the elements of
portfolio strategic plan are also learned.
If proper knowledge and ideas are not possessed by the project
managers then they would not be able to apply them on real
field of application. The list of tools and techniques in order to
manage project strategic changes how the tools and techniques
are used also being learned from this lecture season.
A program business case identifying the vision, mission and
objectives or goals are also elaborated in the program planned
