The project management implementation process is important
to be followed by the project manager and project team
members to ensure that, any project that has been undertaken
are successfully implemented. In order to in regards to project
realization project management application will help the project
team members to govern any project towards the success line. I
have learned regarding the details of project management
implementation processes and how these actions are helpful for
governing any project towards the objectives.
In order to resolve any sort of risk while making organizational
decisions the PMI offers problem solving capabilities also. Risk
management is referred to as an important knowledge
management areas used to solve identified different issues. The
effectiveness of risk management plan are also learned from this
lecture notes.
