The objective of this week’s topic is about the change processes in the project
management such as:
 Deal with transition and transformation for the organizational goals and
processes
 Implement of strategies to analyse effecting changes, control the
changes and help people to adapt and make the changes

people can experience changes.
With the change management, the organization can involved to identify project
groups as well as people those are required to change as result of this project.
The change management is involved to create customized plan to make sure

management plan
While there are changes in the project work, there is required to minimize
negative effects in the plan. The project stakeholders are required to create a
plan where various project changes are identified. Change management plan
helps to manage change process and ensure a control into the project budget,
schedule and project scope. There is also required to control over project
communication and resources so that it can minimize impact of the business
changes. The goal of change management is to attain desired project changes
with high and positive benefits along with efficiencies with minimum of negative
effects of the project stakeholders.
