over the life cycle
of a project,
program or
portfolio.
From this module, I learned that the business success at this
current time depends significantly on whether the organisation
uses manual or electronic systems. Even one or two decades
ago, most of the business organisations utilised the maximum
benefits of manually operated systems but at the same time, the
issues and problems associated with the manual systems also
arose. With the implementation of electronic systems most of
these issues have been resolved but some other major issues
also arose. However, I understood that the electronic system is
the future and not manual system and hence, continuous
research must be conducted to mitigate the issues and risks
associated with the electronic systems and gain maximum
benefits from the same. Some of the main advantages of
electronic system over manual system include faster operations,
lesser costs and online data storage and maintenance system.
