It is expected that with successful learning of the materials
concept tools, techniques, program, portfolio managers and their
role is system thinking can be learned.
I have learnt that how a series of projects can be converted into
a program. Apart from that, the SEBoK also demonstrates the
boundaries, terminologies, SE structure and project and program
management contents. In order to implement any complex
project how the PPPM processes and procedures are applicable
can be learned.
I have also learnt the details difference between the product
management plan and project management plan. In fact how
the project manager and program manager are interconnected
to accomplish project outcome are also learned. In order to take
effective decision how these tools play essential roles can also
be learned from this.
The relationship between program management, operation
management, portfolio management including role of program
manager to design and develop organizational strategies are
also learned from this learning. The learners can realize the
benefits of using Microsoft project, SAP, Oracle and ERP in
system thinking process
