Introduction
 Learning is defined as the process through which a person
acquires new knowledge and understanding.
 For a person to grow and develop, use of different
learning and teaching style is very essential.
 Hence, the present study will be based on analysis and
discussion relating to the different theories, models and
principles relating to learning and teaching.

2.1 Analyzing theories, models and principle of
communication
 Communication is being defined as the sharing of
information and views from one person to another in the
same manner as intended by the sender.
 This is necessary because in case the message is not being
communicated in the same way then this will not result in
proper communication.

need to be followed in order to have proper
learning and development.
 The reason underlying this fact is that in case any
one of the stage is skipped then the communication
will not be good and effective.

well.
 This is pertaining to the fact that when the effective
communication is taking place then this will also require help of
Johari Window.
 The Johari Window is a technique which assist in better
understanding of the relationship of the person with others.

the learner at time of learning.
 Hence, as a result of this, the learning will be

 The model assistive in effective learning is the
Shannon and Weaver model of communication.

2.2 Various ways in which these theories and models
are applied in teaching and learning assessment
 All the theories and models need to be managed and applied while learning and
teaching.
 The reason underlying this fact is that when the effective communication is
being managed and maintained then this will motivate the learner to learn in
proper and effective manner.
 Hence, it is very essential to the learner that they must effectively manage and
maintain the communication so that proper learning can be done
