This single case research focuses on the types of instructional activities for students with dyslexia. It discusses the research methodology, philosophy, approach, design, data collection, participants, setting, data analysis, and measurement of dependent variables. The research aims to provide accurate findings for further discussion and conclusion.

Methodology
Introduction:
Research method outline refers the foundation of research method consisting the
philosophy, design, approach data collection, data analysis, findings and other procedures and
methods. Research outline is the flow chart of the research paper that represents the data flow
diagram of the research including the constrains, regulators, resources, decisions, looping and
other conceptual components.
Philosophy, approach and design
The research philosophy defines the exceptional technique of the research throughout
the conduction of the processes. For this research the interpretivism philosophy will be used.
Interpretivism philosophy helps to interpret the research components and strategies while
prioritising the affectedness and perceptive interpretation of facts (Neuman, 2013). Two
research approaches are commonly used in modern research methods namely Inductive and
Deductive research approach. Deductive research approach allows the research to deduce a
concept or hypothesis described at the beginning of the research. Therefore, in order to prove
the hypotheses this research will follow the deductive research approach. Three types of
research design is available namely exploratory, explanatory and descriptive. In order to
conclude with a particular outcome and conduct a specific and measurable cause and effect
method the research will follow the explanatory research design.
Data collection
Two types of data collection methods are available for this research namely primary
data collection and the secondary data collection. In primary data collection, the research is

able to collect the data from a real time environment. On the other hand, in secondary data
collection, the research analyse previous research journals and articles on the specific field.
This research follows the real time data collection through utilising various data collection
strategies with primary data collection method.
Participants:
For this research, a target group of students with dyslexia has been selected. The
research is focused on the behavioural interchanges for the patients of dyslexia. However, the
possible selection of the participants are wide ranged from different demographic group for
different social or cultural groups. The limited scope of availability of a wider group of
diverse participants the students with dyslexia have been considered as the inclusive samples.
All the other potential samples, such as healthcare patients, residents of rehabilitations and
others have been considered exclusive while choosing the sampling. Apart from that, the
complex procedure of compliance the sample size is 15 students with dyslexia. The sample is
specific and not random therefore the non probability sampling strategy is used.
Setting
For this research two research tool will be used namely the CBM- Maze test and the
Gates-MacGinitie test. Both test will be executed on the sample size the result will be noted
periodically (Joffe, 2013). Several cognitive and sensory external stimuli will be used
including audio, images, video, conversation and non-verbal communication approach. The
data collection procedure will be done through separated linear testing strategy where each
participant can participate at a time sequentially. During the test session of a participants the
other participants will seat in a common room where they can communicate with each other.
It will help them to increase their adoptability and physiological flexibility. It will also reduce
any occasional stress or anxiety.

Data analysis
In data analysis, stage the collected data will be analysed with proper strategy to
formulate the accurate findings for further discussion and conclusion. For data analysis, the
reach has two options to choose namely qualitative data analysis and quantitative data
analysis. In this research, the quantitative data analysis will be used to measure all the
recorded data from the executed tests with various numerical, mathematical and statistical
analysis.
Measurement of Dependent Variable:
In this case the dependent variables are the response rate of the sample size and the
reading skill of them. For measurement of both of these variables the intervals based data
sampling will be used. Hence, the intervals of the patient response and the fluency will be
recorded with the behavioural changes due to external stimuli. Each attributes of the test will
have individual scoring techniques (Lewis & Loewenthal, 2015). For testing both the
hypothesis, the Pearson Product-Moment Correlation method will be used with graphical
interpretation.
