INTRODUCTIONEconometrics deals with use of mathematics through which large data sets are analysed. Bythis empirical data is gathered and calculated. Also, it helps in generating theories and conceptsthat are related to study. Basically, it is quantitative analysis which is based on currentphenomena. There are different methods of econometrics which is applied in different studies. Itdepends on type of data that is collected. Here, this concept is applied on a study that was beenconducted to examine mathematical data of Taiwan. The main aim was to determine relationshipbetween parental education and child health. Moreover, it was done to calculate mortality rate, mobility rate, etc. Through which relationship can be determined.TASKa) Summarise research questionThe research question defines relationship between parental education and childdevelopment. It states that an individual education development plays a significant role inmaintaining his or her health. Besides this, parent’s education reflects on how well child health isbeen developed. The question also helps in analysing whether there is positive or negativerelation between schooling and health. However, there are some forces which can vary in this. For example, the outcomes can vary in both schooling and health. The question also states thatinfant death rate is dependent on education of parents. This question is important as it helps in identifying how parents apply their skills andknowledge in growth and development of their child. Furthermore, it will help in finding outhow health measures are been evaluated that is by using mortality rate or self evaluation.Alongside this, it will demonstrate what differences occurs in measuring health in terms of allelements. The question also evaluate own health in comparison to parents. Besides this, it givesoutcomes of health related with education. The empirical methods used in research are by collecting data from birth certificates andinfant death rate. Moreover, child father and mother information was gathered from data. Apartfrom it, study was conducted through a program in which children behaviour was evaluated intheir schooling environment. Here, quantitative data was gathered which was useful in analysis. Also, children information was collected from public junior and higher school. The parentsbehaviour was observed as well.1
