TOPIC“ Impact of technological advancements on training and development of employees inThe Ledbury.”INTRODUCTION AND BACKGROUNDIn the current business environment, each sector is witnesses a rise in technology and ithas a prominent role to play in managing the human resources of an organisation (Albrecht andet. al., 2015). There are several ways through which organisations use technology in theirprocesses and agenda for the same is to enhance the productivity and performance of employeesand provide them a better working environment. One of the sectors where these advances arecurrently being adopted the most is hospitality industry. Businesses within the sector are usingenhanced technologies in almost every operation performed in the company. However, the scopeof using the same is widening as now it is being used in the training and development ofemployees as well.The Ledbury is a restaurant located in Notting Hill, London, which provides Britishcuisines to its customers within the country. Moreover, it is a highly recognised organisationwhich is known to be quite effective in terms of managing its employees. Currently, the firm isalso using advanced technologies in training and development of workforce in the company.
