INTRODUCTION
The report aims to analyse the use of integrated communication technology which helps
in analysing the role of technology in various functioning. It is a kind of network which enable
overall application system that creates a communication network which allow people to join in
the digital world. It is a great area which helps in understanding the key potential. ICT is all bout
making communication easy and convenient for business. This shows that, it is a tool which
helps in providing better customer experience, take decisions and effectively solve customer
query and keep data secured and informed. There is requirement of communication devices
which helps the company to adjust in the modern market. It requires many software, transmit and
networks that helps in joining two networks to make calls and enables collaboration. It gives rise
to online platforms that helps to grow business (ElZomor and et.al., 2018). There are many
advantages and risk involved in the using ICT services like privacy controls, lack of physical
contact and other security reasons. Therefore, this report is going to carry out the discussion
about collaboration tools which helps in using ICT technology and have much use during the
pandemic. Also, various advantages and disadvantages will be identifying to use the cloud
computing software and storage in improving digitalisation. Also, privacy and security
challenges is also going to discuss to find possible measures. In addition to this, the benefits and
limitations for launching new internet service in Russia will also identify.

Several innovative ways are being introduced through the information and
communication technology and these methods bring several changes in the manner of
performing business operations at the time of pandemic. For instance, the Hyperlink InfoSystem
aids the organisation in improving the collaboration, delivering the services to the customers,
enable the performance of work in fats and remote working at the time of COVID-19 (Moore,
2018). It plays an essential role in assisting the people by providing the services during the
critical situation of lock down in pandemic (Byrnes, 2021). The Hyperlink InfoSystem make the
use of Zoom and Microsoft Teams as the collaboration tools during COVID-19 which help the
people in effective completion of task in order to attain the success. Below mentioned are the
features of both collaboration tools with there usage in the context of Hyperlink InfoSystem:
zoom is defined as the tool of collaboration which gives the permission to their users for
connecting with the other people for their personal or professional requirements through video
calls for the purpose of effectively communicating with each other. Through this technology, 100
participants can connect at the same point of time. Microsoft is a collaboration app which help
the people in working as a team during the COVID-19 pandemic. It involve several new features
such as char, call and sharing of information through sharing pics and videos.
Advantage of Collaboration tools: Productivity: Collaboration tools provide several way in which the people or team
members can work together as a team from different locations. It result in the reduction
of downtime and along with providing the permission to the people to become productive
at the time when they like to do. Some of collaboration tool such as Kahootz provide
several automatic updates after adding some documents.
 Cost: It has been found that the online collaboration tools are more cost effective as
compared to the traditional method (Zhang and et. al., 2021). This online collaboration
also provide permission to their users to do work from home. It result in the cost cutting
of organisation.
Disadvantages of Collaboration tools: Delayed Responses: the online collaboration tools state that all the employees are depend
on each other, so that they can respond in the time effective manner. The employees of

business organisation have to deal with their urgent queries and issues while working
remotely.
 Feeling Disconnected: The quick shifting of organisations towards the online
collaboration tools generate the feelings of disconnected in the staff members of business
organisation. Several of business organisations arrange functions for the casual
interactions of employees. Due to COVID-19 result in the disappearance of casual
interactions among the employees and as a result, the staff members stated feeling
isolated and out of touch from their co workers.

It is a great software which helps in keeping the data safe and protected. This helps in
finding the correct data or files uploaded in the software for future use. It is a model which
assure that, the files are stored in password protected software which describe the main aim and
potential of using it. it generates from cloud computing provider who manage the data properly.
This software is used by every business who have high working potential and diversified areas
and field. It is a tool which can be utilised for storage, servers, analytics and artificial intelligence
for providing better customer experience. It gives much space to keep large files, documents and
videos which could not be access by others without owner’s permission. This shows that, the
cloud computing has advantage that, in the critical situation of Covid-19, this software is very
useful in saving large data which is used by online platforms and digital business. The
digitalisation helps in occurring varied areas to influence about the individual information and
safety (Cook and Bush, 2018). It is the main objective due to which a business can retain trust
and potential of customers. The hyperlink software solution uses this cloud computing for
generating information whenever it is required. The disadvantage of using it is that it requires
high internet connectivity that keeps the data updated and stored. Without internet services, the
user could not get access to the information and files even in emergency situation.

for better workplace activities. The information is required to keep the work safe and protected.

Analysis and Discussion
It has analysed that, collaboration tools are important for the digital technology in order to
communicate and engaged with the customers. It is necessary to use the collaborative tools to
engage with various people at a time. It is crucial to maintain key aspects of working during the
time of Covid-19. Collaboration takes place when users want to interfere and leads to enhance
the key possibilities of areas in working. There is requirement of creating policies and using
software that will have impact of digital technology (Anderson and et.al., 2022). These tools like
Zoom is the most widely used software during the Covid-19. No business has survived without
using this tool in order to communicate with employees and discuss about workplace situations.
They can easily guide to the employees for adopting new work activities and effective work at
remote areas. So, many businesses have taken growth by running online business with the help
of these online tools. It shows that, these tools will be helpful in retaining environment for
making benefit for the company, therefore, it has analysed that Zoom meetings is helpful in
conducting meeting, share information, set timers and reminders, store files and keep the
sessions recorded (Elfeky, Masadeh and Elbyaly, 2020). All these facilities are necessary for the
business purpose to use it for future reference.
By analysing the usefulness of cloud computing, it is analysed that there is requirement of
cloud storage software for very business. Due to have multi functions and departments, keeping
data in a paper form is not much easy and maintain its privacy. There may be threat of losing
information and its misuse. For that instance, cloud computing is a kind of software that enables
great machine technology which helps in finding the whenever it is required. For that instance, it
is essential to keep everything in form and structured and provides better customer experience.
The discussion involves that, cloud computing and stored is multifaceted software that helps in
finding the right information at right time (Pennbrant and Svensson, 2018). Also, it will be
protected for the key privacy concerns which protect the private information to be leaked.
Therefore, it shows how an organisation needs to take decisions for using data in a legal manner
just like in WhatsApp, it provide end to end encrypted software in which no third party
interference is allowed while sharing any information and doing cobverstaion.no one is allowed

get success in digital market. The customers will only trust on organisation when they have
proper privacy consent towards their information and data. Due to rising in cyber crime and
hacking people are afraid of sharing their information which creates barrier of communication

necessary as per GDPR act 2018 which enhance trust and confidentiality among people.
The Russia wants to launch their own internet network in order to avoid any third party
interference to breach data security. It shows that the country has potential to make their own
internet which is beneficial for the people to avoid any data hacking and cyber crime. The
required on system through which they will work on import and export from other companies
without involving any other interferences. It will give rise to economies of scale and make the
country A more developed ones (York, Fowler and Orgill, 2020). It has analysed that there are
some limitations of launching on internet services about lack of proper knowledge resources and
also it require used investment. It may have negative impact on users if the strategy gets failed.

CONCLUSION
The report has concluded that Information and Communication Technology has wider
perspective which includes many opportunities and risk also. The report has shown various
collaboration tools like zoom is one of the greatest software uses in the current pandemic full
stop also Cloud Computing is software of keeping the data and information safe by using internet
which is used by every business. It has analysed that the Russia can launch there on internet by
facing some risk factors of investment and negative image in case of failure of strategy.
Therefore, the business needs to make a factor Strategies for using data services and online
platforms. It shows that the company require experts’ guidance and skilful employees who have
great knowledge about Information and Communication Technology. It will enhance business
reach and customer engagement which is required for Business growth. Therefore this could be
done through forming strong passwords using high quality software and unable the reach of third
party sites.
