INTRODUCTION
The report aims to analyse the use of integrated communication technology which helps
in analysing the role of technology in various functioning. It is a kind of network which enable
overall application system that creates a communication network which allow people to join in
the digital world. It is a great area which helps in understanding the key potential. ICT is all bout
making communication easy and convenient for business. This shows that, it is a tool which
helps in providing better customer experience, take decisions and effectively solve customer
query and keep data secured and informed. There is requirement of communication devices
which helps the company to adjust in the modern market. It requires many software, transmit and
networks that helps in joining two networks to make calls and enables collaboration. It gives rise
to online platforms that helps to grow business (ElZomor and et.al., 2018). There are many
advantages and risk involved in the using ICT services like privacy controls, lack of physical
contact and other security reasons. Therefore, this report is going to carry out the discussion
about collaboration tools which helps in using ICT technology and have much use during the
pandemic. Also, various advantages and disadvantages will be identifying to use the cloud
computing software and storage in improving digitalisation. Also, privacy and security
challenges is also going to discuss to find possible measures. In addition to this, the benefits and
limitations for launching new internet service in Russia will also identify.

Identify any two collaboration tools and discuss how they have helped businesses to survive the
current pandemic reducing the physical contract among the participants
Several innovative ways are being introduced through the information and
communication technology and these methods bring several changes in the manner of
performing business operations at the time of pandemic. For instance, the Hyperlink InfoSystem
aids the organisation in improving the collaboration, delivering the services to the customers,
enable the performance of work in fats and remote working at the time of COVID-19 (Moore,
2018). It plays an essential role in assisting the people by providing the services during the
critical situation of lock down in pandemic (Byrnes, 2021). The Hyperlink InfoSystem make the
use of Zoom and Microsoft Teams as the collaboration tools during COVID-19 which help the
people in effective completion of task in order to attain the success. Below mentioned are the
features of both collaboration tools with there usage in the context of Hyperlink InfoSystem:
zoom is defined as the tool of collaboration which gives the permission to their users for
connecting with the other people for their personal or professional requirements through video
calls for the purpose of effectively communicating with each other. Through this technology, 100
participants can connect at the same point of time. Microsoft is a collaboration app which help
the people in working as a team during the COVID-19 pandemic. It involve several new features
such as char, call and sharing of information through sharing pics and videos.
Advantage of Collaboration tools:
Productivity: Collaboration tools provide several way in which the people or team
members can work together as a team from different locations. It result in the reduction
of downtime and along with providing the permission to the people to become productive
at the time when they like to do. Some of collaboration tool such as Kahootz provide
several automatic updates after adding some documents.
Cost: It has been found that the online collaboration tools are more cost effective as
compared to the traditional method (Zhang and et. al., 2021). This online collaboration
also provide permission to their users to do work from home. It result in the cost cutting
of organisation.
Disadvantages of Collaboration tools:
Delayed Responses: the online collaboration tools state that all the employees are depend
on each other, so that they can respond in the time effective manner. The employees of
