helps and manage of emergency situation, reduce risks and develop plan for emergency situation.
Federal emergency management agency implement this system for develop, maintain and
manage efficient cost management in emergency (Sylves, 2019). So this system helps in avoid
risk in situation like wildfires, flood, earthquake, winter storms. So it main purpose is recovered
to affected area and peoples. It also takes decision about give helps and provide all things
according to needs of peoples. Metropolitan police is a organization that investigate all
emergency situation and affected area through disaster. This report will be cover that principles
of effective emergency, recovery stage and details about emergency incident in UK.

responsibilities and each organizations fulfill their own responsibilities and command in

(STAC):- this principle is done work according to command of strategic coordination
group because in emergency of technical related this principle play vital roles. So SCG
coordinate to technical group with health, environment, animal health, water. Due to emergency
public has to face many problems because all things destroy through disaster. So management of
emergency situation by STC for improve communication and remove issues related to technical.
These principles have focus on improve technology after disaster for contact all agencies and
coordinate to them for resolve problem and helps to them. So it is the best principles for response
because it gives command and direction to respondents for improve and develop situation make

Media :- it is an important principle of response in emergency management that use by
metropolitan police of risk management. Internet, social media and television etc play main role
in communication and share information that helps in get and aware to all agencies and peoples
for manage situation of affected area that suffered from disasters. It helps in done activities like

Single agency and inter agency debriefing:- single agency means one agency and one
group of peoples debriefing of their own recent experience from case and incident that occur
uncertainly and destroy all things. So emergency management coordinate to all agencies. But in
this process one agency group debrief and evaluate all performance and action for improve and
develop strategy and plan for future (Zhang, 2018).
Inter agency debriefing means more groups and agencies evaluate and analyze all
situations and action taken by themselves. So management make for plan and develop strategy
that if same situation and disaster and emergency create in future and coming time so it easily

takes action and solve problem and issue quickly. It main purpose is review and debriefing that
arrange all things of aids quickly for suffered peoples.
Comprehensive record keeping :- agencies that includes in management of emergency
so it has to take keep records for evidence and record all data about dead body, injured, disable
and any other suffered. So this record provide much information and data about earlier incident
so that useful for agencies that work in future and present that easily get helps through these
records. Debriefing and reviewing of records that keep with emergency management regarding
all previous case and incident. So all peoples and agencies review and take ideas about solution
of issues of disaster and management in emergency situation like attack, earthquake and flood.
These debrief helps in create new ideas and improve and develop for make future plan.
Honest and open debriefing :- debriefing honestly done by agencies and members of
emergency management. That means they evaluate own performance and action so it has need
that they evaluate honestly and openly of their recent experience in incident management and

emergency situation like terrorist attack, earthquake and fire so they have need of evaluation all
situations, performance and action on continue basis. Because through continue evaluation and
analyze they get requirement of improve and develop so they know about their performance in
recent incident and they adopt and use what type of ideas and solution. So through this
debriefing all agencies of emergency management can improve and prepare for reduce and
quickly solve all problem and issues. They make plan for face and tackle future uncertainty
(Raikes and McBean, 2016).
Recommendation :-
I recommend that debriefing is very important and all agencies and department of every
sectors should evaluate their every performance, actions and solution. They must plan according
to recent performance for future because they improve and develop after evaluation and analyze.

I strongly recommend that management of emergency should adopt different types of heavy
technologies for solve problem and issue quickly.
I also recommend that management if emergency should keep enough funds and capital
that helps and useful in emergency situation for provide aid to peoples and injured peoples get
emergency and health service. They should also use these fund in rebuild and restore
infrastructure and recover all things so that is possible.
I recommend to emergency management that they must training to their employees and
members time to time because technology increasing day by day. So it must provide training for
improve their performance and create quick ideas.

Parsons green terrorist attack is UK based example:-
These terrorist attacks done in London on 15 September 2017. This attack done by
Ahmed Hassan in underground train. He was 18 year old and belongs from Iraq. He comes inn
UK as child asylum seeker and he fit bomb in train that this train full of school children and
commuters. Many peoples injured in this attack some was flash burns and some crush injuries.
At time of attack 30 peoples got treatment for their injury but 19 peoples has to sent and admit in
emergency of hospital.
Attack device left by Ahmed Hassan in white plastic bucket and these bucket was keep in
inside of shopping bags. Rom this bag wires hanged out and black towel also hanged and fall
from bag. But through investigation of attack and its situation many loopholes and errors found
in construction of bomb. So terrorist was teenager of 18 years that enter in UK with any legal
permission.
Paris terrorist attack in international base:-
In November 2015 terrorist attack inn Paris and it was very huge attack because in this
attack 129 peoples killed on the spot and 302 peoples has to sent and admit in emergency care.
Many peoples were serious mental health problem and physicians of Paris suffered due to
frequency of stress disorder, anxiety and depression after Paris attack (Marcino and Gordon,
2018).
In above both incident all res ponders of integrated emergency management helps to save people
who injured in it. Establish coordination with people and their family and media informs and
highlight to this incident through social media so that helps in provide and share all information

metropolitan police counter and investigate attack of terrorist and they identified that hundreds of
