Marketing communication are regarded as such channels and pathways which are being adopted by businesses in order to
convey such messages regarding offerings to their customers so that buying decisions can be made by them. Marketing
communication helps in providing such messages to target audience so that they can be persuaded and align with product or
service offerings of the business (Almatrooshi, Singh and Farouk, 2016) . The current PPT is based on Heythrop Park Resort
which is a hospitality organisation providing leisure and entertainment services to their customers. This is a resort which is
made with the infrastructure of 18th century but at the same time resort has standard of 21st century. This PPT is providing
such aspect related to attaining communication objectives so that to deal with integration and selection of communication
channels.

Heythrop Park Resort is regarded as one of the most renowned resorts which is situated in
Oxfordshire which has architecture of old age but has very stylish build up as it looks like building
of 21st century. The resort is providing venues for weddings, parties due to which at most
impressive manner overall objective of the business can be attained. The hospitality business is
providing spa facilities, golf course, corporate event arrangements and many more due to which
this place is being tempted by various visitors in order to spend their leisure time and holidays in
order to take relaxing breaks. Heythrop Park Resort is a 4 star hotel which is known for their
distinct offerings and prominent customer service as well. So the organisation is focused over
communication objectives which are being elaborated as under:
Increment in sales and revenue standards: The major objective of Heythrop Park Resort is
increase sales and overall standards so that they can move towards opportunities of higher
profitability. The communication is required to be conducted in such a way that brand effectiveness
can be created and higher customer can be attracted towards becoming loyal customers. There are
various communication methods such as direct communication, personal relation and social media
communication will lead Heythrop Park Resort to expand their business in global market periphery
and acquire global market existence as well.
