In today's scenario, digital age is a term which states that a business organisation turn
their business functions digitally with the utilization of various information technologies (Su and
Han, 2018). Through this technologies an organisation is able to enhance their business
operations which can help them to maintain the brand position in the market. Furthermore, in this
report their will be a complete understanding of two collaboration tools that helps an
organisation to survive during the pandemic and assist them to reduce the physical contact
between the participants present in their company. Later on, the main reason behind this report is
to create the awareness in the business organisation regarding the concept of Cloud computing,
cloud storage and e-commerce which can help them to enhance their business operations. This
report will also cover the various merits and demerits of cloud computing in order to improve the
digitalization. At last, there are some recommendations for business organisation regarding the
opinion of adopting cryptocurrency (Akman, Turhan and Hacaloglu, 2021 ).
Discussion and Analysis
Two collaborative tools that let companies escape the current pandemic by decreasing
physical touch between participants.
Collaboration tools play a significant part in solving complex problems to learn new
things to elevate the level of efficiency and productivity. Such tools save both the time and
resources of the company that will increase the level of productivity in a day (Mandviwalla,
2020).There are many collaborative tools such as Zoom, Skype, Zimbra, Fuze, Basecamp,
Slack, Google Hangouts, and many others. The explanation to two collaboration tools are
mentioned below:-
Zoom:- It is one of the most popular video conferencing application which allow the
people across the world to successfully interact with different people. Anybody from anywhere
can easily contact with each others with the usage of this application. This collaborative tool can
perform all type of small, large and huge events in which people from different region can take
part. This app also allow their user to record the meetings in which they have participated. With
the help of this app an individual is able to manage the video conference of more than 100 people
on a same time and it will be lasting up-to 40 minutes (Hernández-Sellés, Muñoz-Carril and
González-Sanmamed, 2019). The tool zoom also offer private chat session in which a person
can easily interact with other person in a easy way. Zoom is a platform chat, video conferencing,

mobile collaboration, and online meetings are all part of this system. and many other options.
Employees can use the collaboration technologies mentioned above to share screens and act
during meetings. Additionally, the system secures all passwords, meetings, and data. This
application provides a platform designed to aid organizations around the world and bring the
workforce closer to the company's revolutionary collaboration and communication offerings.
Many companies are using this application such as Cisco, Avaya, NEC, Microsoft, Mitel, and
many others (Zoom Customers List, 2022). As per Cision US Inc.(2022), Zoom, Skype for
Business, and Google Hangouts are the most popular among expanding businesses, with 93% of
people agreeing that video conferencing improves employee interaction. Approximately 89% of
businesses still use numerous video conferencing platforms. In its operations, the organization
typically alternates between 2-3 different conferencing systems. It can be noticed that the
majority of conference rooms now have a TV or monitor at their desk, and just a few people
utilize tablets to handle meetings. According to the report, 31% of C-level executives want to
know the degree of engagement at their most recent meeting. There are also some challenges for
businesses, as businesses with 5,000 to 10,000 employees have the most difficulty finding

Skype- This software is one of the most used telecommunication application which is run
or managed by the group Skype technologies. By using internet access an individual can do
messages and voice chat with multiple persons present across the globe. This is an application
which is used by an individual easily in order to do both the contact operations such as voice
calls and video calls. An individual can easily use this application to do their work . For an
individual it takes less amount of time to operate this software. Furthermore, it is very important
for an organisation to properly communicate with their clients, suppliers and colleagues in order
to run their business operation effectively and efficiently. Travel expenses can be a problem for a
corporation because they lower profit margins. Flights, petrol, and hotel bills are examples of
such expenses that might have an impact on your company's profitability. In addition,

management spends less time in the office, which has a direct impact on productivity. A Skype
video call is believed to be the best alternative for a face-to-face meeting because it can be

technologies in order to strengthen the security policies of the company. There are different types
of cloud computing for example public cloud, private cloud, and hybrid cloud.

Cloud storage is defined as a storage system that functions similarly to a hard drive but is
more flexible . It can also be claimed that if the existing storage is insufficient, the service plan
can be adjusted and updated, and no data will need to be moved from one area to another. Under
this, additional storage space will be introduced, along with some additional functions.
Uploading the file does not require any special or professional knowledge, making it a
straightforward operation .
E-commerce
Nowadays, everything can be bought through e-commerce, also known as internet
commerce. As the name suggests, the term e-commerce is defined as a business framework or
model that helps businesses and individuals buy and sell goods and services over the Internet. It
includes various market segments that can be realized through the use of smart devices,
smartphones, computers, tablets and many others. Flipkart, Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Olx,
Myntra and many others are some kind of online software application which helps the general
public to make a purchase of various products and services.

Cloud storage has many advantages, disadvantages, adaptability, and applications in
advancing and promoting digitalization.
The term cloud computing is said to be the most popular and one of the effective ways to
distribute the data online in the digital era. As it helps in transferring the files without having
access to the local storage system. The main benefit of making use of cloud storage is that it is
