people to handle the communication processes like telecommunication, broadcast media,
transmission system, monitoring functions and so on. It refers to the ability to converse with the
people through the various and different technologies. This technologies is used for doing
regular tasks like sending email, doing video call, searching in goggle or using mobile phone
and so on. Information and communication technology helps the organisation to achieve their
target in effectively and efficiently. Along with it used for the occurrence of media technology
such as telephone networks with computer network, audio- visual, link system and furthermore.
ICT is a digital technology which is assist by the business and the organisation, it includes the
electronic products which is deal with the information in a digital form. Along with Information
and communication technology is concerned with digital data storage, recovery and transmission
(Aparicio Gómez, 2020). ICT helps the company to be more efficient and effective, and readily
respond to customer's needs. It assist the business activities which include the design,
manufacturing and distribution and sales. During the time of pandemic Information and
communication technology play a major role to connecting the people. It support the business to
doing better performance in tough time, it gives the data safety, cyber security to the company,

like goggle drive, Dropbox and so on.
Cloud storage is simple to use, firstly customer have to registered and set up their account, then
save their files via the internet by using the unique username and password. It helps to ensure
that their data are safe and secure and unacceptableness to anyone else. Along with customer put
the certain permission to share their data with others, This makes it easy to share and view the
files in a collaborative working environment. When the customer sign up the cloud storage, so
they can choose the amount of space according to their need and want. They can store anything
digital like files, photos, videos and so on, it provides the convenience and easy top use.

public cloud, private cloud, Hybrid cloud. Along with it also provide various services to the
customers such as Infrastructure services, Platform services, software services and so on.
The use of cloud computing every type of organisation use the cloud computing, it is the wide
variety of uses such as data backups, disaster recovery, email, virtual desktops, software
development and provide more personalised treatments for the customers. Mostly financial
services companies are using this cloud to prevent their data for fraud and detect the virus which
is harmful for their data. Along with video gamers are also using this cloud to delver the online
games with millions of players around the world. It helps to stream the audio and video, the
customer can connect with their audience in anywhere and anytime by using any device with the
high- definition video and audio with the global distribution.

for the users to protect their data.

support the people to doing communication with different people in different language. During

attack, malware attacks. Company need to be aware of the threats and try to protect themselves
against them.
Phishing Attacks- This attack social engineering attack which used to steal user data, personal
details and credit card numbers (Mocrii, Chen and Musilek, 2018). The most common phishing
attack is fake emails this phishing mails might ask the user to open an attachment or call a fake
customer care number, and these mails consider a sense of urgency and while, the user click their
website, then they steal user personal data.
Malware Attacks- This is the second largest threat facing by organisation and company and
they have mixture of cyber threats are trojans and viruses. This is they many term of code which
is made by the hacker to gain access to networks, destroy data on phone or computer and steal
data. It usually comes from malicious website downland or spam emails which connected to
other devices. This attacks are harming the company data because of the lack of security and
knowledge.
Weak passwords- Many company are using week password in multiple cloud, because of this
hacker easily hacking their software and copy their data. These services contain personal data
and financial information and help the hacker to know the password and stole the personal data
which is not good for the company.

Create Secure networks- The firm need to create a secure security system plan which helps to

distributed in public ledger which is called blockchain, which helps to record all transaction
updated. It using the computer power to solve the difficult mathematical problems which helps to

in cryptographic wallets. Cryptocurrency currency are various types like bitcoins, Ethereum,
Litecoin and Ripple (Vegh, 2018). Cryptocurrency is also crash when its record- high inflation,
