due to high technologies there is high risk of security for the business organisations in
maintaining the digitalisation in an effective and efficient manner(Chung and Park, 2019). This
report will include discussion on various topic such as different collaborative tools, cloud
storage, cloud computing, privacy and security and at last discussion on cryptocurrency.

collaborative tools helps the employees to delegate the task effectively. This makes the task
easier and communication process strong within the organisation. The collaborative tools has a
significant impact over the business enterprises in performing the different functions.
Examples of Collaboration tools:
 Skype- This is the tool which helps the business organisation in making an effective
conversation all around the world. There are various organisations and individual which
adept this collaborative tool in order to make the free voice and video messages which
can be transfer from one place to the another. This is the collaborative tool which is easy
for the organisation in order to transfer and make a quick information or message. This is
the platform which can be used through the mobile phones, tablets, computer system.

organisation or an individual in this digital world. This is the software programme which
can be used by the people in order to connect with the huge number of people at the same
time. This is the tool which help in conducting meetings for the organisation. And
communicating the important information. At the time of pandemic, it was found that
there was a rise in the utilisation of such platforms by the various institutions and
organisations in conducting the distance learning and working over the social platforms.

Suitability- the cloud computing is suitable for all types of business enterprises where there is
