cloud. Cloud computing is done via the internet to compute all the resources, services and
applications, networking capabilities, development tools, and data storage which is managed by
cloud service providers. Security and privacy both are important in an organization as security is
known as the protection which is against unauthorized access of data and privacy secures the
data that is important to save customers’ confectionary data. Cryptocurrency is known as the
digital currency which verifies the records and the transactions which are maintained by a
decentralized system by using cryptocurrency. This helps the organization with gaining
transparency, decentralization, and immutability.

tools that help in building communication within and outside of the organization that are Webex
meetings, google drive, Monday.com, slack skype, zoom, Trello, Slack, google drive, airtable,
and Microsoft teams(Chen, and Hu, 2020).
These tools are used in the organizations while communicating with others and to transfer the
confectionary information effectively and these tools are essential to involve in the business for
the better accessibility and productivity level in the organization. These tools have a huge hand
in profitability level in the organization and these are used for better communication and
transferring the information internally or externally the organization.
Advantages
These collaboration tools have various advantages as this makes the organization work
appropriately and remotely which makes the organization productive and staying connected with
external factors, this also helps in the implementation of software and these tools improve the

the risk of theft of the information and this helps in boosting the employee’s satisfaction and the

There are some disadvantages which involve there is lack of security and does not provide end to
end and in the form of encryption security. Sometimes the data of businesses get attacked by
cyber-attacks which information can be leaked easily. These tools which are used by the
organization have limited support and it supports the only operating system.

Cloud storage is known as the place where data of the business is kept secured online and that
can be accessed from anywhere and at any time and can be easily shared who have the
permission of using the data. This facility also offers backing up of data and can recover it later
in case of being misplaced. This is also a business to retrieve the files while connecting the
device. This storage can also be purchased by a business in case of extra storage. These files can
also be used by utilizing the collaboration of groups.

which are located globally and can be backup easily in case of any mishappening and cloud

is mainly used to maintain the security of the organization. As each website is also interlinked
with cloud storage. This is used as an operating system that collects all the data of a business
effectively and uses this cloud storage and secures the data effectively. This is mainly done by

effectively.
Advantages
There is the various advantage of cloud storage as a business get this storage at a cheaper cost as
buying physical storage costs high. This is highly accessible as a business can access the files at
the global level as it only requires an internet connection and it can easily be accessed. In cloud
storage files can be recovered easily as it has a backup solution and saves the files from failure.
In this big files can also be saved effectively.
Disadvantages
As it is cheaper but has a high additional cost of downloading and uploading the files in cloud
storage. As this factor is dependent on the internet connection if in any place or branch there is
low internet connectivity it cannot be accessed. Cloud storage does not provide the support
effectively and also issues the hard drive in the storage. Sometimes data is questionable with
privacy.
