demand availability of system of computer and system by storing data and information and
computing power without direct management by user. This report is based on the Amazon which
is an American multinational company and headquarter is in Washington which majorly focus on
e commerce, cloud computing and digital streaming with artificial intelligence. This report is
based on the concept of cloud computing with its significance. Further it elaborates difference in
privacy and security and how it can be achieve.

Cloud computing is a general term that related with delivering right kind of services with
help of internet. That services divided into majorly three types that are infrastructure as a service,
platform as a service and software as a service. A cloud service is different from the traditional
web hosting that it sold on demand and should be elastic as more or less should be managed in
proper way (Bates, 2015). It is simply concerned with delivering services related to computing
in which servers, storage, database, networking and software related services over internet to
bring faster innovation, economies of scale with smooth functioning of resources. The main
advantage behind availing it that organisation have to pay as it uses and it enables to lower down
its operating cost, running infrastructure in most effective manner at the time of change with its
management (Baym, 2015 ). The most third party operators of cloud computing that are
Microsoft and Amazon that helps in enlarge business opportunities after accessing needs and

wants of them in proper way. Amazon web series started to provide IT services in marketplace in
form of web services that known now a days as an cloud computing. It helps to Amazon not to
plan for their servers and infrastructure that taking place in advancement of technological world.
That kind of services spin in just seconds of various servers and give faster results. The most
effective result that Amazon have to pay only as it use not up front expenses that helps in reduce
operating cost.
Cloud storage:
Cloud storage is an kind of cloud computing model that helps in storing data on internet
through the computing provider that manages and operates services. It helps in providing
services on demand such as just in time capacity with cost and reduces buying and managing
infrastructure of data storage. It provides facility of smooth data transmission in very less time
with durability at anywhere, anytime (Goldie, 2016.). In case of Amazon which uses storage
services that gives industry leading scalability to secure works and procedures. All sizes and
kinds of consumers can store and delivered right kind of data for range of sources in which
websites, various mobile applications and keep backup with archive analytics. Recently Amazon
S3 gives suitable and easy to use management features that helps in organize and configure to

of data storage services are that it provides leading performance in industry with scalability and
durability in operations to attain organisational goals by cutting cost. It also proved helpful in
giving security, compliances and capabilities of auditing that helps in eliminating gaps in
standards and achievable.

There are four kinds of cloud and its usage depends on the nature of organisation that are
as follows:
Infrastructure as a service (IaaS):
IaaS is lowest tier cloud solution and rely on computing infrastructure as an fully
outsourced services. It gives pre installed hardware and software devices with help of visualized
interface (uda and et.al ., 2017). The major service provider examples are Google, Amazon EC2
and Verizon etc.. it helps in reducing cost and give ownership and user have to pay as much as
they use.
Platform as a Service (PaaS):

PaaS is similar to IaaS but more advance, it provides infrastructure and computing
platform. It come with graphical user interface (GUI), run time liabraries and programming
languages and many more. Example of PaaS solution that are Google app engine, Microsoft
Azure. The major benefit by using it that organisation not need to upgrade their system again and
again as PaaS handles all upgradations.
Software as a Service (SaaS):
SaaS provides fully operational web based services as per demand of consumers and
targeted towards business users and majorly targeted to ERP, CRM and emails. For example
organisations which uses it Citrix, Netsuite and many more.
Recovery as a Service (RaaS):
RaaS helps in providing solution to organisations by replacing their backup services,
destroy their recovery and continuously providing solution on their integrated platform (Oliver,
2015..). For an example companies that are using Geminare, nScaled etc..
hence it has been summarised that by using cloud computing it helps in reduce operating
cost and time with giving products and services as per the need of consumers in more advanced
way. Amazon uses IaaS cloud computing to give best services to their consumer base.

any physical space an organisation can build security and privately secured.

The another major way to by using cloud computing that by it data should be saved along
side to other companies in which potentially the competitors (Vivian, Falkner and Falkner,
2014). With help of Multi tenancy sharing of data and information across clients as a result
compromise in data and information should be occurred. In that case organisation have to use
multichannel storage and computing data with resources so that data can not be breached.
Insider threats:
Cloud computing and their service providers are accountable for storing and securing
data and information of many companies and administrators with contractors are oversee to build
and maintain integrity of consumer's data (Tømte and et.al ., 2015.). So to protect data and
information insider worker that intentionally compromise or misuse network that adversely

affect the organisational internal structure and procedures. In that case organisation have to make
properly vetting and training their workers that are very much important for organisation. It is
very much crucial to save data from encryption and building own logging and auditing system.
All these are the important measures to protect self interest of an individual and
organisation to build brand loyalty before consumers, in case of Amazon with the help of cloud
computing they can be able to occupy large market share and accuracy in works and activities
with bringing harmony in them.

important for an organisation as well as individual to lead in market and give standardise
products to consumers. Cloud computing is one of most advancement tool and techniques that
helps in operate functions of an organisation in smooth manner by save operating cost. It proved
