online and offline medium. Due to widespread of COVID-19, many businesses are turning to

Positive Aspects:
Convenient; It is seen that online shopping is much easier than shopping at a physical
store. There are a number of online shopping sites such as eBay Amazon and a number of
others which have expertise and a number of features to make it convenient for customers
to shop. They have developed a number of out of box and customizable features for or
customers to make their shopping experience more convenient and easier. Additionally,
there are a number of bonus and benefits along with sale offers on the online products
which act as a benefit for online shopping sites.
Cheap: Setting up of online store is also cheap as there is no physical presence required.
They are also very less risk attached to online shopping. Nowadays online shoppers have
also introduced product returning facilities through which users can easily return their
products if they do not like it. They do not have any maintenance cost for physical stores
for employees also they do not require to keep any stock for display due to which their
cost is decreased and the benefit is shown as sales and discounts for the customers.
Discounts and offers: A number of online shopping sites also come with 24-hour sales in
a number of products full stop this is not seen in offline shopping. There for the
customers who are price conscious and do not want to spend much on shopping can
effectively use online shopping in order to save money. They also get a number of
varieties and options which is huge and offline shoppers do not have this benefit of
various range of products.
