INTRODUCTIONInformation and communication technology refers to the extended form of informationtechnology. This process assist in communicating with others in unified and integrated format. Inorder to make this system systematic, there is use of computer system, software, middleware,storage, etc. In this technology, there is requirement of internet connection, cell phones, wirelessnetwork, etc. Information and communication technology is important in current market andbusiness growth and development (Bainbridge, 2013). In this report, there is discussion aboutdifferent web conferencing providers with their characteristics, comparison and contrast. Apartfrom this there is study of skills required to conduct online investigation and challenges faced bythem. Two different Web Conferencing providers to compare and contrast their features and discussingtheir applications and suitability for businessesThere are different web conferencing providers such as Skype, Going to Meeting, Zoom,Team viewer, etc. through which people can connect with each other. In order to order toconduct business operations properly and in effective manner, there is requirement video callingthrough which actions can performed in synchronise manner.Skype-Skype is the communication technique through which individuals communicate with eachother through texts, audio and video HD calls. Skype is the connecting medium to people sittingat different geographical region. There is one to one and group communication through mobile,PC, Xobo, etc. There is facility of Video and HD audio calling through which individuals canshare their views and experience with each other. With Skype, employer can communicate withemployees by sharing their screen instantly. So this method is less formal. There is facility ofinstant chat if some specific topic has to be evaluated (Bloom and et. al., 2014). Zoom-Zoom is another video conferencing technique which assist in communicating withindividuals through audio and video chat, conferencing, etc. There is requirement of conferenceroom, huddle, training room, etc. This application was launched in 2011 to bring all the teammates at one place to discuss some common topic.
