INTRODUCTION Information and communication technology is stated as infrastructure and components that are responsible for managing the all computing and technical services in a organisation. To become an innovation, require to understand the needs of customers and then provide products and services(Asrizal and et. al., 2018). The aim of organisation and authority is to improve their skills by using the new technology and innovation process which can help to increase the productivity and profitability. As environment is changing, needs and wants of customers also changing that are adopting by organisation and government in order to bring changes and improve the performance. This report bases on professional skills in digital environment and accepting the new technology so Sainsbury is chosen organisation that is larger supermarket. It is selling variety of products and services via online and offline method by using new technology. This report cover understanding about positive and negative aspects of services and products, recommendation of two tool with justification, and different mobile platform that compare, contrast and suit their performance. MAIN BODY Compare and contrast between the positive and negative aspects of services and products being sold online and offline. In modern world of technology, internet is defined as one of the biggest invention which uses to by people in their work and managing the all activities. The businesses who are not using new technology or ignoring their internet channel then be considered as foolish. In changing environment it is important to bring the uses of new technology and innovation for the purpose of selling their products and services. For example, Sainsbury is selling variety of products and services to their customers by using internet and has many stores which can help to reach the potential customers(Farias, 2016). In present time, whole world is facing the Pandemic (COVID- 19) that become a serious issue for people and infected life of people negatively. This is important for people of know what is happening near by them and how to keep safe from this diseases. In other words, Corona viruses is a family virus that may cause illness in humans and animals. The people from different country are facing the challenges to close their business and living their life without making money. Internet and new technology in this situation become a very important tool and aspects to feel safe and secure. This technology is uses to detect the problem and person who is Corona positive. The government around the world is playing an important role my formulating plan and developing applications which can be use to trace the person. This application is uses to know people who are infected and give information to keep away from such people. Smartphones are useful in changing environment for responding to the Covid-19 Pandemic as it provide the facility to install different application to track infected people and take the corrective measures accordingly(van Laar and et. al., 2019). Therefore, government of different country have introduced different application to find out infected person that are as defined: Trace Together:The popular smartphone app is Trace Together that can be downloaded by anyone with Sinagpore mobile number and enabled to smartphone. In Pandemic, this become important for people to know who are corona infected person near by people and then it should be provided right information what they should do in this time and how they can be secure. After installing the app, the movements of person are started to track by using location technology and information. This application redirects the person to the health ministry websites where they get register for self quarantine. Aarogya Setu app:This app is launched in India and have been downloaded by 80 million users. This has been analysed that, this app become most downloaded app in the world for the purpose of tracing Covid -19. The Indian Ministry of Electronics and IT has identified this tracing app for tracing the someone who have been diagnosed positive. In this, tracking is possible via Bluetooth and location generated graphs that can help to take the precaution and be self quarantine. FromtheaboveitAarogyaSetuandHaMagenappsareselectedinchanging environment which can be uses by people to know infected and take the right action for keeping safe others. Both application are effective as they are uses with the help of Bluetooth and internet connectivity which are important to manage any activities. Comparison and contrast between different application such as Ha Magen and Aarogya Setu Ha Magen is an app which is established by Ministry of health that tells the people as they are presence of anyone who are infected from Coronavirus. The app works by checking the GPS history of mobile phone with historical geographical data of people. This is available in Hebrew, English, Russian, Arabic and Amharic that can help people to gather information. This works after downloading the app, receive notification, in case of match then report to the exposure of Ministry and if not matches then carry on their activities as normal (About Ha Magen and how it works, 2020). Aarogya Setu is an app for self assessment disease and monitoring continuously .This established by Indian government which is available in 11 languages. The aim of designing such 6
app is to generate the awareness between people regarding Covid-19. This works after installing app on any Android or iOS mobile service, while registration that provide information who are infected person and give guidelines what needs to do from stopping the spread(West, Kraut and Ei Chew, 2019). Yes, of course both application in relation to finding infected person in Pandemic are valuable to the society as they provide the information between people who are infected and what precaution should be taken for prevent. These can be install in smartphone which is the boon of internet as well new technology. By using this, people become so much aware and skilled as they get to know how they can be safe and work accordingly which helps to save the people's life. CONCLUSION From the above it can be concluded that professional skills is important for anyone which can help to be expert and talented in their workings and increase the organisational performance. Organisation which provides online and offline products have some positive and negative aspects which affected the business. For any businesses it is required to use and manage online accounts with username and password which can help to operate the business and increase organisational profitability.
