Zoom- It is an important application that is being used by the company in order to make

every organisation like school, offices, organisation etc.

organisation may face several problem when transferring from one vendor to another
vendor because different vendor provides different services and platforms, that can cause
difficulty switching from one cloud to another.
 Cloud infrastructure is owned and managed by service provider and because of this cloud
user have less control over the function and access to services of cloud infrastructure.
 Cloud service providers focuses on maintaining high security standards to secure
information which is stored in the cloud but the risk involved in storing information is
that organisation is sending their information to a third party and while organisation
sending their data on cloud there might be a chance that organisation information is
hacked by hackers.

application of cloud computing which are used in field of art, business, data storage and backup

Technology for keeping up with their private content safe and secured to be exposed in

 Driving digital culture throughout the business- Moving along another challenge that
is attached to with technology and use of different digital platforms as well as
technological resources for business organisation is acceptance of it by all are responsible

for using it and providing results. In other words, in an organisation there are number of
employees working with different set of skills and capabilities. Some of those employees
are ready to accept changes being made in the organisation and new technologies being
introduced for better performances and productivity. On the other hand, the another clan
of people within the organisation opposes the incrementing use of technology in business
operations due to several reasons. This becomes another critical challenge for businesses
and an individual while using technology in regards to their security and privacy. The
main reason behind it is sometimes due to lack of knowledge forcefulness of Technology
over individuals makes it difficult to retain them for the business organisation as well as
to reduce their mistakes which are made because of lack of knowledge.
 Knowing when to upgrade- As discussed and known that technology is rapidly
changing and evolving every now and then with different varied purposes and usefulness.
But for an individual user and a business organisation it is a critical analysis which they
need to perform while they are upgrading technologies and adapting to changes been
taking place. Updating technology does not mean that the business owner and the
individual needs to upgrade it as it will bring several security and privacy breaches if
appropriate measures and enough knowledge in relation to the upgrade is not provided to

2019).

measure which is used for in maintaining privacy and security while using Technology
either by business organisation or by an individual. This is a necessity when it comes to
technological usage for different purposes. Some of the measures or steps which can be
taken in regard to the same are password managers or rolling out to multi factor
authentication across the whole business technology is being used.
 Measure for driving digital culture throughout the business- The next measure which
a business organisation or an individual can take up for deriving the technological culture
and making people use Technology for the favourable purpose of it is increasing their
knowledge towards it and in the technical. Businesses can reduce the defensive nature of

their employees for Technology by making them understand its importance and the way
it works. this will enable them to maintain their security and privacy as Technology will
be provided in hands of skilled and knowledgeable people rather than with those who
have no experience in using it (Gorbunova and Hiner, 2019).
 Measure for knowing when to upgrade – The best and only measure which is is
holding a positive result for keeping up with upgrading and security aspect in relation to
technology is usage of the new upgrade over a respective particular operation for level
rather than entirely implementing it on the whole system. Business organisation for the
individual is suggested to first take up sample test of the new upgrade rather than using it
entirely on their original operations (Stephen and Edwards, 2017).
