INTRODUCTION
The Integrated professional skills are those skills which are being used in the modern and
digital age in the society. The professional skills assist to resolve the issue, they are more
creative and more strategic which is being needed in knowledgeable society (Sousa, M.J. and
Wilks, D., 2018). There are different skills which can be used in like virtual collaboration,
information technologies, emotional intelligence. This report will evaluate the different type of
online communication platforms and their advantages, disadvantages with respective suitability.
The online storage application are also determined with example. Moreover, the challenges and
measures of online searching is being explained.

The communication is very essential in every company to sustain and coordinate between the
function of the businesses. The video communication is being modern technology tool which is
being used most commonly to transfer the information regarding the activities (Huda, M. and et.
al., 2017). After the COVID -19 pandemic arise globally than most of the companies throughout
the world has shifted their working style and performing their work from home. In such situation
the communication is not able to done properly so to do virtual communication different
applications are being developed so that information can be transferred more efficiently. Some of
them are discussed below:
Zoom
This is a video communication platform which is basically cloud based. This application
allow users to set up a virtual audio and video conferences. The businesses are using this
platform to provide trainings and other necessary information to their employees so that they can
perform efficiently in their work. This tool is being used when their meetings are for long time.
The iOS and android both the user can use this application from their smartphones, laptop and
computer. Zoom is proving online communication facilities to the businesses and companies
who are not able to gather and communication physically (Patwary, A.K. And et. al., 2020).
There is also no requirement of any id to join any conference meeting. The zoom includes Zoom
basic, Zoom pro, Zoom business and Zoom enterprise. This application is recommended for the
businesses all over the globe as it transfer high quality of audio and video instantly. The
