2INTEGRATED PROJECT MANAGEMENTAnswer 1The project criteria and processes that I used for selecting a project for my assessmentsinclude the evaluation of the cost benefit ratio of the project, the payback period of the project.The net present value and internal return rate of the project are also considered apart from thenon-financial considerations such as, enterprise environmental factor (EEF) and its impactanalysis on the project. The major criterion of my project selection was definitely checking thefeasibility of the project. The benefit measurement method was applied while selecting theproject in order to understand the economic feasibility and viability of the project (Fleming &Koppelman, 2016).Answer 2In order to manage projects in the global context, proper evaluation of the changes andchange management are essential. In order to formulate project management process and projectlife cycle in a global context, at first I developed a proper communication plan which in animportant aspect of global business. Change management deals with managing the executionstrategies of the project. This is very essential for managing the global projects. Understandingand identifying the critical job roles of the different team members are further essential fordeveloping a proper change management plan and formulating it in the project management lifecycle. Change management is an organized and systemic application of knowledge thatconsiderably helps in implementing a global project.Answer 3
