INTRODUCTION
Intercultural is define as a community in that there is deep understanding as well as
respect for every cultures (Androutsopoulos and Tereick, 2015). In addition to this, within
intercultural society no one left unchanged because everyone learns from each other and grows
together. This report is based on the topic i.e., “Perplexing sets of tensions and dilemmas facing
community development or international development practitioners at the beginning of twenty-
first century. Along with this, development of new subaltern politics based on giving voice and
recognition of difference.” so for discussing these topics in more explanatory form it will going
to discuss that there are several advantages as well as disadvantage country will face because of
inter-culture. In that situation it will be difficult for practitioner to select suitable result for the
(Neal, 2016). Apart from this, role of politicians is increasing in society now a days and they
have to frame their better image within society that can be possible through polite voice.
MAIN BODY
Intercultural means involving as well as concerning different cultures and it is also
known as cross-cultural (Communication across Cultures in Practice. 2018). Moreover,
intercultural is something which occur within people who are from different culture involving
various religious groups or human being of different national origins (Ting-Toomey and Dorjee,
2018). Topic selected for conducting this report is “Perplexing set of tensions and dilemmas
facing by community development or international development practitioners in the beginning of
Twenty-first century. Along with this, development of new subaltern politics based on giving
voice and recognition of difference.” This topic simply means that there are several intercultural
practices take place within Australia which result is dilemmas situation for practitioner to select
most suitable from the available options. In addition to this, it will be going to discuss that
politics and the person involved within this are based on giving voice and recognition of

There is wide difference between multicultural, inter-culture and cross-cultural. So,
multicultural is related to the society which involve several ethnic group as well as cultural.
Human being who are living alongside one another but each cultural group don't have interaction
with each other. On the other hand, cross-cultural deals with comparison of different cultures as
well as within this differences are understood and acknowledge and result in bringing out
individual change but not collective transformation. Apart from these, inter-culture explains
communities in that there is deep understanding as well as respect for every culture. Within this
society not a single individual remains unchanged because everyone learns from each other and
grow together.
Australia is the country where population is not much high and people are coming from
another nation for setting their business as well as generating revenue (Farese, 2018). When
people are coming from another country with the motive of establishing business several benefits
are gained by respective country such as economy development because through production
GDP (gross domestic production) of Australia will increase (Tjosvold, 2017). In addition to this,
when new business establish employment opportunity will also get enhance and it will help in
providing job to several people who are unemployed. All this will result in developing living
standards of peoples as well as development within economy. But at some level there are several
disadvantages of the same situation as population of Australia will get increase which result in
over utilisation of natural as well as available resources. Moreover, if population will increase
number of vehicle utilisation also get enhance that will result in population (Andryukhina and
Fadeyeva, 2016). Thus, there are both positive and negative aspects of the same in which it will
get difficult for practitioner to select which is right or wrong for them. But for respective nation
it will be suitable as they have to promote establishment of new business from another nation.
Because it results in development of economy as well as help in providing better opportunities to
people and serving them in better manner.
In addition to this, politicians are playing important role in today's society by doing
several activities for the welfare of nation and people living over there. But they have to keep in
mind several practices such as behave properly in public for building good image in front of
audience or overall society (De Mooij, 2019). All these can be possible when they keep voice
polite because this manner helps in capturing eyes of everyone in better manner as well as help
in serving within proper way. Thus, politicians have to keep attention on their voice so they can

build good image in-front of society and serve them in better manner. So it is important for them
to build good image in society by using proper way of taking because such practices will help
them in taking people in there favour as well as help in creating positive environment.

easy task because it contains several type of issues in respect of culture and other practice. As for
practitioners, it become difficult to select what is right or wrong for country and how they will
take decision for better outcomes. Australia is a country in which are belongs to cross culture
therefore, it can be a typical task for practitioners to develop an equal community that enhance
cultural diversification between each and every one. For this it is required to consider some of
the major aspects of society that are play an important role and they have to do work in effective
