Each nurse leaders make sure that each and every, members of the team offer the greatest level of care while also motivating workers to work together and put the needs of the patients ahead of individual issues (Bawafaa et al., 2015). The way workers are appraised can encourage or discourage them thus affecting their efficiency (Kirwan et al., 2015). However, strong leadership take a hands-on approach to the patient care (Bawafaa et al., 2015).
