organisation productivity and profitability. Internal factors are
those factors in business which is control by the organisation
such as culture or corporate, current technology, staffing,
finance and etc. external factors includes economy,
competitors, political, customer's demand. Suppliers and etc.
this report is based on Vodafone, it is a British multinational
telecommunication organisation based in Newbury in
England. This company founded in 1991 and they serve their
services in worldwide, recently in they merge with Idea
telecommunication and introduce new network which is VI.
The below report includes the external and internal factors
that affect company and discuss various ways which
Vodafone impact on external factor.
Social: This refers to the socio culture and satisfaction of
society. Vodafone company fulfil society needs and
expectations. They follow market trends also in recently
they merge with IDEA telecommunication company
society also accept this merger in well manner

their services prices and some people are not happy
with this because they cannot afford the cost of
network.

over the productivity that directly helps in performing roles and
responsibility. In this various ways can affect over external
environment, describe as below:
Political: This refers to the policies such as tax
related, trade policy and other framed by the
government. This also states the stability in political
basis. In Vodafone context. They serve their services
in various countries everyone accepts this network
